“I know, Will, I know,” Liam said. He didn’t want to deal with this anymore. He wanted to go home and sleep, preferably until all of this was over. If Jasper came back at any time, he’d be pissed off for a few days, but eventually, let him back into his heart. He felt himself getting sick at the idea, the feeling of being used and humiliated trying to bubble to the surface.
“No, you don’t. You need to start thinking about yourself for once, without anyone influencing you or setting your boundaries for you. You need to leave!”
The strong suggestion had Liam looking at Will with surprise. This wasn’t what he expected to hear.
“What do you mean?” Liam asked, not bothering to hide the hurt in his voice.
William reached into the pocket of his suit and took out an envelope. It was white and had nothing scribbled on it, it was meant to be given personally.
