“It’s because we don’t. We don’t know where he is, what he is, what he’s up to. We don’t know if there’s anyone coming for Elijah or if those two were the only ones.”

“Can’t we get anything out of the man we took from the motel?”

Ric’s eyes flashed blue. “He hasn’t been talking, both Elora and Leo have tried.”

Kol allowed his cat to surface. He’d love nothing more than to go in there and force him to talk, but he didn’t want to leave Elijah. “You do it.”

“Go in there and get the bastard to talk. Anything we can learn will be more than we know now.”
