Rowan nodded. &ldquo;Let&rsquo;s go help your father. Martin&rsquo;s not nearly as good with computers as he thinks he is.&rdquo;


Alec wanted to talk more, but with Graham still in close earshot, he understood why Rowan didn&rsquo;t.


Graham couldn&rsquo;t see through walls though. Alec made sure he took Rowan&rsquo;s hand in his with their first step toward the stairs.  18


Once Will was set up, there wasn&rsquo;t much for Rowan to do. He didn&rsquo;t want to sit back and watch like Martin was doing, and Alec was practicing moving pennies around with his magic. If he asked, Alec would keep him company, but that possibility left him ill at ease. Alec needed to get more comfortable with his abilities, and what could they feasibly do together that was beneficial to the situation anyway?
