It has been 5 months most of the days were productive with my grandfather and mother teaching me runes and arithmancy theory and my mother teaching me human anatomy and the basic theory of healing. Surprisingly, my potions teacher changed from my grandfather to Kalki she was very knowledgeable in potions which is not surprising because she lived for so long.
Kalki was teaching me how to make a rejuvenation potion it was an early level potion it helps with muscle relaxation and clears small impurities from your body. And the ingredient in this potion was ordinary and could be found in our herb garden.
The herb garden in our estate was huge with all kinds of herbs and I also saw something which I thought was extinct it was sanjivani buti, not the common kind this was the one that was used to heal Laxman it was said that it never really existed but when I saw the colour changing leaves from red to blue to yellow to pink the colour was ever-changing. Kalki said that it only grows in his realm of snakes which was also a shock.
[An:- in her realm means the snake world where many people from her race and different races of snakes live].
After the potions lessons, I was studying with my mother and she just asked me "You seem to be different from the day of your fall is something wrong with you?".
"No mother I am fine I was just got scared after the fall that day that and I decided to not waste my time idling away and regret that I couldn't do something I wanted to do" after the end of the sentence there was a grimace on the face of my mother.
She just got up and hugged me and said "you don't have to worry about that you have all the time in the world, you are only 8 you don't have to hurry to be mature enjoy the time that has been given to you Adi no one is going to leave you" at the end I was in tears I said in a broken tone "Thank you maa". After that day I think I accepted Anupama as my Maa.
After that day I decided to study and take it easy goof off some days but I never stopped doing physical training with my grandpa and now Father also joined us in our regular training session at first I was not able to keep up with them but after a few days I was on their level then I got cocky and said " what happened oldies not able to keep up with young blood".
My father gave a nod to grandpa and they just left me in dust it was like I watching them at 2x speed they were again on my left and said "what happened not able to keep up with oldies" both of them all laughed hard.
After the morning shower, we were all at the dining table eating breakfast my grandpa said "Adi dress up good today you are going with me to the capital to meet your Occlumency teacher".
I asked "Who is going to be my teacher grandpa?".
my father answered, "Aamani Vishwakarma was my Occlumency teacher she also teaches at Takshila". After breakfast me and grandpa we're off to meet my Occlumency teacher.
" How are we going to go there, grandpa?"
Gramps replied, "In a carriage" and a brown-looking carriage with silver work was coming toward us being pulled by thestrals they stopped in front of us. The thestrals had huge black wings they didn't have much muscle on their body their bones were visible through their skin I walked up to the creature it had white eyes with no pupils and had some sort of small horns on its head.
I put my hand slowly towards its head trying to pet it my grandpa and the carriage driver were stunned to see a young boy trying to put a creature who can only be seen by people who had a brush with death.
I put my hand forward and the thestral replied in kind I then petted the creature and my grandpa said to get in quickly he said we going to be late and sure enough we were and that day the saying came true 'Indians are always in a hurry but never on time' but it didn't matter because the view from the sky of the capital was breathtaking the capital of magical India was Kolkata.
We landed near the Howrah bridge and grandpa took me under the bridge and there was a door that said only for maintenance to and as soon as we entered the gate I was treated with a view of a life Time inside was a blue sky and hundreds of stores selling all sort of stuff people from different countries China, Bangladesh, Pakistan, some of the illegal western products like coco-cola at the time due to change in muggle government policies Coke Stopped production similar with many western products so stuff like coke, Levi jeans all we're got commodities so wizards would then go to the US and smuggle the products and sell them at heavy price. We were pushing through the crowd and reached our destination the Ministry of Magic of India we went inside.
[An:- The Indian Ministry of Magic is a socialist republic System]
The ministry was made up of red sandstone with marvel flooring and surprisingly there were no chandeliers, the place was lit up with the help of a modified version of Lumos spell etched on the healing itself there were huge windows so that it gave of an open atmosphere I could see a small garden in some distance.
We walked up to the reception desk with was a circle made out of mahogany wood and a woman greeted us "Welcome emeritus how may I be of service today?"
Grandpa said, "I and my grandson have a meeting with the chief of mind arts".
She looked at me excited and asked, "so you are the grandson we never got to see if you don't mind me asking what is your name?".
I introduced myself "hello miss I am Aditya Chatterjee and I am 8 years old and it is pleasure to meet you".
She replied, "you are a very well manner young man I am Pushpa Sen nice to meet you as well as for your meeting Mrs. Viswakarma is waiting for you in her office."
We said thank you and bid our farewell. We were now in front of a black door in the corner of the corridor and we heard a sweet voice "Please come in".
