Once Upon a Snowy Wonderland

Nearly half a year passed, and finally, the wedding day arrived.

Ruxandra wakes Ercilia at dawn. "Come on, sleepyhead. The sun is up in the sky. It's snowing quite a little bit outside, and your body is mine for the next three hours. The gentlemen have left and will not return. By the time they see you again at the church, you will be looking immaculate. Now, get up." Ercilia is quick to respond to Ruxandra's report.

She is pulled straight to the bath and rubbed with scented oils from head to toe. The hairstylist they've hired deals with her hair afterward. Her hair is piled up on her head, pinned with diamond-studded accessories with some golds and emeralds. Then, the loose ends are braided into complex loops. It works along with a dainty ornament, a snowflake made from pure crystal filigree that flashes and sparkles against her hair.

"Wonderful," Ruxandra sighed, and Ercilia had to admit.
