Shortly afterward, A middle-aged man appeared in the sky and sighed after looking at the golden brilliance, " Sigh...Looks like it started. "

The golden brilliance stayed for three days as the whole world talked about this strange phenomenon.

But after three days, all golden brilliance gathered in the sky before becoming a grand mountain filled with lush greenery and water bodies.

Along with that, Every single person heard a grand voice, as if a king's decree.

[ Mortals! Your time has come. After three years, you will fight against despair and will be wiped out. BUT there is a chance to fight and win against that despair. Join the Myriad Mountain and start your journey in the Wild Expanse to get strong! ]

Lavena and Miaxi stayed on the platform while other participants left.


"Stand at the end of the platform. The battle will start once this coin touches the ground," the goblin anchor said as he took out a gold coin and dropped it.


After two seconds, the coin touched the ground and...


Miaxi was surprised, but she also took action despite that and put both of her palms on the ground as pillars of flames spread from her to the entire platform.


However, an arrow materialized out of nowhere and directly hit Miaxi. She had a barrier around her that became visible when the arrow hit it, but it didn't even last a second as her barrier was broken, and her head burst into blood and gore.


"Winner, Lavena!" Goblin anchor shouted as half of the audience cheered. Nobody knew Lavena, but they still cheered.


"Wha...what the hell?" Aren muttered with wide eyes, "she's dead?"
