Ileana wiped the tears from her eyes and looked at the currents in the water. The chilly wind blew, giving an unfeeling sensation to her spine, swaying her hair.

"I don't know how it has been for you," Leroy began, "but if you give up now, I don't think the helplessness you felt will go away."

"Facing the nightmare again and again will not solve it either," Ileana said, coming back to her normal behaviour, though inside, she was shaking. "It will only tell me. I am still a helpless little girl who doesn't understand the world, understand anything. Now, I just wished to go away from this sea. Perhaps it will stop those nightmares."

"Or you can stay here for a while and figure out how to beat your nightmare," Leroy said hesitantly.

"No," Ileana said, shaking her head, "I don't think I can do that. My past body didn't even have even 50 points of mana, and even with all the mana applications into play, I could not face half a dozen men."
