Chapter 12 : Want to Meet Him

During the art lesson, Isabella kept thinking about Yifan, until finally the bell signalled the end of class and break arrived. After greeting all the students, Miss Violet left the class.

When Isabella tidied up her books and other belongings, she glanced around she could see that she was being talked about by all the students in her class. But the little dimpled girl didn't care at all and continued to tidy up her things.

'It must be because of what happened this morning, did Mr Cho and Kiki overdo it? No, it's their own fault for wanting to hurt me. Just be stupid' Isabella muttered in her heart.

Isabella finished tidying up all her things when suddenly someone was standing in front of her. The little girl with dimples immediately lifted her head, and she saw a blonde-haired boy with a strange smile on his face.

"What do you want Michael?" Isabella asked the young man standing in front of her.

"Hmm~ Nothing it's just that I noticed earlier that you were daydreaming. What do you think? Hmm~ Princess~" Michael with a smirk on his face looked at Isabella, but the dimpled girl didn't care.

"That is none of your business. Get out of my way." Isabella stood up and was about to leave, leaving Michael who was still standing where he was.

But suddenly Isabella's hand was grasped by Michael which made Isabella unable to move, the blonde-haired and blue-eyed youth immediately pulled Isabella closer to him. Michael slowly brought his face closer to Isabella.

"The person you've been thinking about since earlier is now in the hospital" Michael whispered right in Isabella's ear. What immediately surprised Isabella, when she wanted to ask why Yifan was in the hospital, someone pulled her away from Michael and the blond-haired boy with a smile on his face let go of his grip on Isabella's arm.

"What are you doing?!" Gabriel glared at Michael, the cold-faced youth pulled Isabella and hid her behind his body.

"Nothing~ Isn't it, princess?" Michael continued to smile and looked at Gabriel's face which made Gabriel even more fed up and wanted to beat up the blonde-haired boy in front of him now.

But of course, before that happened Isabella stopped him, "Wait Mr Cho" Isabella grabbed Gabriel's arm and took one step forward which made her stand between the two young men who were probably killing each other with their gazes right now.

"Michael, what happened to Yifan? How do you know that he is currently in the hospital?" Isabella asked the blonde-haired boy.

Michael looked at Isabella's face and he showed a smile that didn't know what it meant, then he glanced at Gabriel and smiled.

"If the princess wants to know why the princess doesn't just go to the hospital and ask him yourself" After saying that the blonde-haired youth left Isabella and Gabriel who was still standing where they were.

While Gabriel glared at Michael who was walking away from the classroom, Isabella lowered her head thinking about what had happened to the Asian boy. After Michael left, Gabriel saw Isabella who lowered her head, the cold-faced youth then gently stroked Isabella's hair which made the little girl realize.

"What are you thinking, Miss Kim?" Gabriel asked with a faint smile on his face.

Awaken from her daydream Isabella looked at Gabriel and shook her head with a smile. "No Mr Cho" The little girl with dimples replied with a stiff smile that was clearly visible on her face. Just as Gabriel was about to say something, suddenly someone grabbed Isabella's shoulder.

" Hey~ What did I miss? On the way here, I accidentally saw the arrogant man with a strange face. Did something happen?" Kiki with his trademark smile asked Gabriel and Isabella. But it seemed that none of them wanted to explain it to the brown-haired youth at least not at that time.

In the end, the three of them decided to go rest together on the way Isabella kept her face down, Gabriel and Kiki just looked at each other then walked in silence. When they arrived at the rooftop of the school where they always spent their break together, but Isabella, who had always been cheerful before, suddenly became very gloomy, making the atmosphere unusually awkward.

Finally, because he couldn't stand the awkward atmosphere, Kiki suddenly shouted in annoyance, "Oh my gosh, what exactly did that arrogant blonde say? Why does it make you lose your smile princess~?" Kiki whined asking Isabella.

It wasn't the girl who answered but the cold-faced young man sitting next to her who answered Kiki's question. "Yifan is in the hospital now, that's what makes Miss Kim look like this" Gabriel glanced at the girl beside him who kept her head down.

"Ohh~ I see, but how did that snob know?" Gabriel shrugged his shoulders while Isabella shook her head.

Seeing the little girl with dimples continuing to be gloomy, Gabriel took a deep breath and patted Isabella's small shoulder.

"Is there anything that comes to your mind, why did he get to the hospital?" Gabriel asked softly, and the girl lifted her head and saw Gabriel smiling gently at her.

Isabella slowly nodded her head "I don't know but maybe it's his mother." Isabella replied with a gloomy and sad face.

"His mother? What's wrong with his mother?" Kiki asked while looking at Isabella.

"You know that since the accident, Aunt Wang has always been sick, and no one has looked after her at home, so Yifan decided that Aunt was hospitalized because if at any time Auntie's condition worsened, the doctor there could immediately treat her. You also know that Yifan works part-time not only to pay for his own schooling but also to pay for Aunt Wang's treatment at the hospital." Isabella explained what she knew to Gabriel and Kiki.

After that Isabella lowered her face again which made Kiki immediately put his arm around her shoulder and smile. "Then why is the princess sad? Why don't we just visit him hmm~" Isabella who was listening to him immediately raised her face and saw that Gabriel and Kiki were also smiling at her.

"May I?" Isabella asked with a bit of doubt and hope on her face.

"Of course you can, princess. Who forbids you or us to go visit him?" Kiki replied with a big smile on his face, while Gabriel just nodded and smiled faintly at Isabella.

"Thank you, Mr Cho Kiki," Isabella, who was too happy, suddenly hugged her two cousins. Gabriel and Kiki who were initially surprised by Isabella's hug finally returned the hug and had happy smiles on their faces. Because for them Isabella's smile is very precious.

Finally, they decided to visit Yifan at the hospital after school, and before leaving they picked up the kitten which was entrusted to Miss Emily. While on the way to meet Gabriel and Kiki who were waiting for her in front of the school gate Isabella who was holding a kitten in her arms met Michael in the school hallway.

"Thank you for telling me about Yifan," Isabella said when she passed Michael. While the blonde-haired youth just smiled and looked at Isabella.

"You're welcome princess~" Michael blinked one eye. But Isabella immediately continued on her way.

She didn't know Michael who was smiling behind her, "Isabella" Michael said as he continued to stare at the back of the little girl who was walking straight without turning back. In front of the school gate, Gabriel and Kiki were waiting for her. Isabella ran towards them.
