Chapter 13 : Worry about You
Gabriel and Kiki waited for Isabella in front of their school gate, not long after that, a little girl holding a small cat in her arms came and with a smile, she looked at the two young men who were waiting for her.
"Have you guys been waiting for me long? Sorry, I have to help Miss Emily dry Ace first" said Isabella smiling and hugging the cat in her arms.
"Ace?" asked Kiki looking at Isabella
"This cute kitten's name" Isabella smiled and showed the dimple on her right cheek.
Hearing this made Gabriel and Kiki smile too, then they were about to leave when suddenly a familiar voice approached them.
"Where are you going?" A beautiful girl who was similar to Isabella came over to the three of them.
"Ann~" Isabella immediately hugged her twin sister and Annora replied.
Isabella let go of her arms and smiled at Annora, the short-haired beautiful girl then looked at Isabella's arms, she saw a kitten sleeping in her twin sister's arms.
"What's that?" Annora pointed at the kitten in Isabella's arms.
Isabella looked at Ace who was sleeping while snoring comfortably in her arms, the little girl with dimples then smiled.
"His name is Ace, I found him on the way to school this morning he lost his mother Ann. After Mr Cho and Kiki bury his mother I decided to take care of this child, may Ann?" Isabella asked Annora pleadingly.
The short-haired beautiful girl just sighed and then smiled gently at Isabella, "If I'm okay you take care of him Bels, but you have to ask Sarah when you get home later"
Isabella remembered the important thing then she just nodded and gently stroked the cat in her arms.
"Hey, isn't it allowed to bring animals in the hospital, isn't it?" Kiki suddenly put his arm around Isabella's shoulder and showed Annora his trademark smile. Isabella who heard it was surprised she forgot because she was too worried about Yifan. The little girl with dimples lowered her face to look at Ace.
"Miss Kim, you can leave Ace to Annora right?" Gabriel gently stroked Isabella's black hair. The little girl with dimples turned to Gabriel who smiled gently at her.
"What? Why should I. ." Before Annora had time to finish her words, suddenly Isabella immediately gave the Ace she was carrying for Annora to hug.
"I beg Ann~, let me later ask Sarah's permission to take care of him" Isabella begged Annora, the short-haired girl who could at least refuse her twin sister's wishes. She could only sigh and nod her head.
Seeing that Isabella was very happy and she immediately hugged Annora and kissed Annora's cheeks, "Thank you, Ann you are the best sister ever!~" Isabella then released her hug and smiled cheerfully. Annora who saw her sister's sweet smile also couldn't help but smile at her.
"But why did you go to the hospital? Who is sick?" Annora asked looking at Isabella.
Hearing this, Isabella's mood suddenly became sad and gloomy, then Isabella smiled weakly and gently stroked Ace who was in Annora's arms.
"Yifan is in hospital, I don't know he or his mother is sick. But obviously, I want to go see him as a friend I'm worried about him, and again last night he also bothered to bring me the soup so I wanted to see him." Isabella explained as she continued to rub Ace who was falling asleep in Annora's arms.
"Oh, so that's how it is. Then don't come home too late Sarah might worry later. And you two take care of my sister lest anything happen to her." Annora glanced at Gabriel and Kiki in turn.
"Whops~ We promise Miss Annora" Kiki raised his hands and smiled broadly at Annora. While Gabriel only glanced at Annora and nodded then.
"Then we'll go first, Ann~" Isabella climbed onto the footrest behind Gabriel's bicycle while Kiki climbed onto his skateboard.
And the three of them left, leaving Annora who hugged Ace in her arms, "Basically I'm weak to her" Annora looked down and saw a very sweet kitten sleeping comfortably in her arms. She decided to leave that place and go home.
Not long after, Isabella, Gabriel and Kiki arrived in front of the hospital building where Aunt Wang was being treated. Isabella went first and the two handsome young men behind her followed and walked to Isabella's left and right.
"Hey, do you know the room number she is?" Asked Kiki who was walking beside Isabella's right.
"I know because sometimes I go with Yifan to visit Auntie, and Auntie also knows me," Isabella replied, turning to Kiki for a moment then turning her head back to the front.
They continued walking down the hall and up the hospital elevator until they finally arrived at the door to room number 16A.
"This is the room?" Kiki asked Isabella, the girl nodded slowly and just as she was about to knock suddenly the door to her room opened and out came an Asian young man who was surprised to see the three standing in front of the door.
"Bels and you guys too what are you doing here?" Yifan asked who was surprised to see the three of them.
"Why do you ask Yifan? We're here because we're worried about you and Aunt Wang, is she okay?" Isabella replied who looked at Yifan.
Hearing it made the Asian youth surprised and touched "Thank you" He smiled at them. But without realizing it made the only girl there blush, and to hide it Isabella suddenly asked Yifan about his mother's condition.
"Yifan how is auntie?" Isabella asked gently. The Asian boy suddenly lowered his face and smiled weakly when she saw Yifan's face looked like he hadn't slept at all
"Yifan what's wrong?" Asked Isabella who was sad to see the condition of the Asian young man but Yifan just shook his head slowly while smiling at Isabella.
Yifan also invited the three to sit on the bench in front of his mother's room and he told the three of his mother's condition
"Last night after I finished working part-time suddenly the doctor who took care of my mother called me he said my mother's condition was getting worse and I immediately went here her condition was critical until dawn but finally her condition is starting to stabilize now but the doctor said it wouldn't take long he suggested that My mother was immediately operated on but the cost for the operation was very expensive, not to mention the costs I had to pay after my mother was operated on. They even said the possibility of the operation being successful was very low. I was confused about what to do." Yifan lowered his head to see that without realizing Isabella who was sitting next to the young man hugged him. The Asian boy was surprised but didn't reject it somehow it felt very warm and comfortable
In contrast to Yifan who felt calm and comfortable when hugged by Isabella Gabriel and Kiki who saw him feeling uncomfortable at all made them both clear their throats at the same time making Isabella realize and let go of her hug
"Sorry I immediately hugged you" Isabella awkwardly played with her hands but Yifan shook his head and smiled gently at the little girl
"No need Bels, instead I thank you to you, Gabriel and Kiki too for bothering here for me" Yifan smiled and bowed his head as a thank you.
They were there for a long time to accompany Yifan until finally it was getting late and the three of them said goodbye to go back to their house and Yifan took the three of them in front of the hospital building.
