The day was already well advanced when the five adventurers arrived in front of a high wall, which must have once represented a defensive construction as revealed by the sketches of combat weapons engraved on it. Luckily for them, it was not imbued with any magic, and so they could easily see the past through a huge gap that made the architecture look ugly.
Behind the imposing wall, the adventurers discovered a huge abandoned city where nature had apparently regained its rights.
“Wow! One wonders what happened.” Quioppe said, impressed in spite of himself.
“How can anyone abandon a place like that," Miron strengthened, admiring the place. “It's so beautiful, so rich!”
Seloky shrugged, giving his opinion.
“After all we've seen in this damn forest, I'm not surprised that whoever they are, they've chosen to abandon this city despite all they've left behind.”
The boss, who didn't care, scolded.
“It doesn't matter, let's go.”
