Not everybody had access to the soldier training center.

The only people who had access were instructors and students and high ranked people who worked for the government. It was obvious that this young woman was none of the above.

She was far too young and small to be an instructor or a high ranking official. She could only be a student. And if there was one thing that instructor Xi disliked, it was students slacking off and trying to escape class.

They were currently in the training hall where the men trained, so there were very few reasons why a woman would be in here. Feng Jiao couldn't be an instructor because instructor Xi was already holding class.

There was no reason for two instructors to have class at the same time.

In instructor Xi's head, Feng Jiao was there to escape from her own training session that was probably happening in the women's training hall. The men's training hall was the last place that an instructor would search for a female trainee in.
