I was sure of one thing and that was that Elef hated me. I didn't know the reason but I guessed that she was jealous of my beauty. It wasn't that I had any special interest in her but still I wanted to share my thoughts. For a while, I had completely forgotten that I had lost my way to the palace and was in a stranger's shop. Also, they too seemed to have forgotten that I didn't belong there and I had to leave.
The lady who had rescued me was called Darla and Julie was her daughter, Elef was Julie's daughter and all three of them lived together on the third floor of the shop.
After I was dried off and given some pretty white gown to wear they sat me up on the chair that was supposedly Elef's. They started to do their work, Darla took a few pins and started to pin the cloth to the dress form. Within a blink of an eye, she had made it into a pretty piece of art and I couldn't help but be amazed. She did notice my applauding gaze and she chuckled.
