Chapter 82: Chilling with the enemies
I set up chairs and an umbrella for them too.
"I have several drinks in my spatial storage, anything that you want?"
"Ice cold coffee please" Draven answered
"I'll have a cold glass of milk, if you don't mind" Urie added
I got those out and handed it to them before heading back to my chair.
"You are more relaxed about this than we thought" Urie drinks his glass of milk
"Eh, if you guys wanted to kill me, you could've done ages ago, so what brings you guys here anyway?"
-You're way too relaxed if anything- Dabria said
-I'll stay on alert just in case- Siege sit up
-So what do vampires and ghoul consume for food?- Ace asked
-Vampires drinks blood, unlike the myth where they drink only human's blood, they drink blood of all creatures apart from their own kind, isn't that right Dabria?-
-Yes, that should be right, other than blood they can only consume ,water or milk- Dabria agreed -Ghouls consume any meat and vegetations taste foul in their mouth, the only drinks that doesn't taste foul to them is coffee, milk and water-
"I thought you said the next time we meet, it would be as enemies" Damon said
"Yes, that was when I took over the mind of the chimera and self destructed, in that moment we were, but nice save" Urie complimented
Urie opened his hands and Draven gave him 5 black beads.
-I can feel the same energy, similar to the one in the corrupted pills we have but way stronger and...purer, I would say- Dabria commented
"I made them myself, they stronger than your regular pills, the energy in there is stronger than a regular self turned corrupted, if you really want to keep your family safe, I hope you consume somewhere far away" Draven warned
-Cool, one for each of us, I'll keep it in my spatial storage for now-
-I trust your judgement- Siege replied
"Say can you like turn me into a vampire?"
"Say what now?" Urie looked stunned
"I mean you should be stronger than a regular human right, and since unlike the myth, you don't really die under the sun, there's nothing to lose really"
"I like this kid more and more now" Draven chuckled as he drank his coffee
"Yes, vampires don't die under the sun but we do get weak under it, I'm a special case, I trained for a long time to be like this you know, and unlike the myth, we also age you know" Urie argued
"I mean the stronger I get, the easier it is for me to control the corrupted power right, besides, what if I turned into a dhampir or something, you never know"
Urie then laughed holding his stomach, Draven also joined in spilling his coffee. Dabria was also laughing in the back of my head
-You should know how ridiculous you sounded just now- Dabria finally calmed down
-What's wrong with what he just said?- Ace asked
-Dhampirs are super rare, they're basically half vampires and half human but without the weaknesses, but one thing to remember is that, they do not live longer than a vampire, but even then the chances that one would appear is close to zero- Dabria explained
-What if a vampire breed with a human then?- Damon asked
-Then the kid will be either born a vampire or a human- Dabria answered
-If he does become one, does it mean he will have to consume blood as well?- Diana asked
-Not necessarily, he will be half human so he can eat regular food as well- Dabria answered
-How do know so much?- Siege questioned
-I'm the goddess of life and death, a creature like this is in my expertise- she responded
"I knew I liked you when I met you, I haven't laughed like that in years" Urie wiped a tear from his eyes "At least you know of their proper name, if I turned you into a vampire, that would be scary enough, you know blood magic, us vampires would be invincible if we had that ability"
"So you turning me or not?"
"Give him what he wants" Draven finished his coffee "If he wants to be a vampire then so be it"
"Well not today if that's alright" Urie said "Don't worry, I'll know where to find you, have you considered our offer?"
"I have" I said as I gave Draven more coffee
"So what's your answer?" Draven asked
"When I graduate, I'll join you then, for now, I'll stay in school"
-Well that's the best way to take them down after all, from the inside- Ace said
-Yeah, we don't even know who's their big boss, so attacking them head on is suicide-
"Well glad to know, you're going to be on our side" Urie grinned "Isn't your second term exam coming? Unlike the others, you already have a bond, shouldn't you be studying?" Urie asked
"It'll be fine, unlike the first time, the exams are just going to see how we improve, like spell making class, ask to see how far we can improve our original spells"
"Well we have no doubt in your skills, it looks like some people are heading our way, we should head back before any more trouble arises" Urie got up
"Good coffee kid, I'll come back for more next time" he finishes his cup
Draven then opened up a warp gate where they both entered and disappeared.
Professor Emma, Eleanor and Lucas arrived.
"Wasn't that Urie Chester?" Lucas asked
"Yeah, he just came to me to talk about some stuff, they wouldn't be targeting us anytime so we don't need to worry"
"Let's hope he keeps his words" Professor Emma said "I don't even think the holy knights can go up against him"
"Looking good professor Emma, maybe we should come to the beach more often so that we can see you in your swimsuit more"
"Th-thank you" she blushed and looks away
-I can't believe he can flirt so well at 12 years old, well 13 now- Diana shook her head
We then headed back to where everyone is, but when we head back we saw students surrounding something, professor Emma then ask them to make way and we saw a magic beast, a dolphin to be precise laying injured on the sand.
The healers then healed it and tried to get it back into the water, the dolphin then spoke out loud.
"Is this where Perseus Silver is?" it asked
"It's me, so how can I help you?" I raised my hand
It then transformed into his human form and kneels down. He was a tanned guy around 170cm tall, with grey hair and grey eyes, he wore a metal suit of armor that made him look like one of those Atlanteans you see in a movie
"Our queen has asked for help, please come with me" he pleaded
"Worst birthday ever"
