"What is this witchery!" I said out loud the moment I saw her face, "you- you're alive all along!?" I stumbled on my own as I walked backward away from her. "my child," she just said smiling sweetly at me,
'Why is she just smiling at me, knowing grandma died,' I looked at her with such confusion with a mix of anger and grief, "I've been looking for you everywhere my child," she smiled as she reached my face with her hand, I moved away from her hand.
"do you have a death wish?" I asked looking at my mother furious, she stopped and looked at my face, "I'm sorry," she said disgustingly when she gestured her guards to seize me, "what are you- HEY!" they knocked me out 'THUD!'
the only thing I remembered was that I was laying on a luxurious bed, marbled floor, golden chandelier, red carpets, and silk clothes.
"where am I?" I woke up looking at my surrounding with bandages around my body, "good morning, son," my mother said as she opened the door, she was dressed in rose gold garments, holding a fan in her right hand.
"where the fuck am I?" I groaned, "In your new home, my son," she smiled, but it feels different, it's more like a smile of a villain. "mama!" a little girl went in the room running towards her, "who is this?" I asked annoyed and disturbed by her appearance, "your half-sister, Rheanne," she said as she crouched to check on my 'sister'.
"she's beautiful isn't she?" she smiled at me as she caressed my 'half-sister's' rounded cheeks,
'THUD!'
"TRISTAN!" she shouted concerned as I ran quickly out of the room, 'this is bullshit, half-sister?' I jumped on the stairs.
'shit, this house is a maze,' I glanced around to find the exit, 'click' 'click' 'click' I began to hear her footsteps coming,
'How the hell she can run in heels? she's not the mother I know!' I quickly hid in an office, I saw a balcony and looked down, 'I can do this,' 'BAM!'
"What in the world are you trying to do Tristan!" she slammed the door open, "you- are you insane!?" her eyes widened when she saw me about to jump on the balcony, "I don't want to be with you," I said as I took a leap of faith.

"what the hell- why don't you just come with your mom?" Klein said with an expression, "I have my reason, Klein," he said patting his head, "now let me continue, fast forward in that part"

I was able to escape the estate but I was lost in a neighborhood, "where am I?" I asked myself glancing around in the neighborhood. "are you lost? young man?" I heard an old woman's voice, as I turned around she looked like my grandma, she somehow resembles her.
"excuse me, grandma, what neighborhood am I in?" I asked walking towards her, she noticed me looking dusty. "why are you so dusty, young man," she patted the dust on my clothes,
"here have this," she said giving me a dessert covered in banana leaves, "eat this, you seemed hungry, I'll guide you outside of the neighborhood," she said walking away first.
as I reached outside of the neighborhood, I thanked the old woman who lead me outside, It began raining so I sheltered in a near waiting shed,
'I guess, I'll wait for the rain to be over,' I said while opening the banana leaves, 'it's still steamy and warm,' I took a bite of the sticky rice, while a tear fell from my eyes, remembering the memories where I'm eating along with my grandma, and that's where I met you.
***
"no wonder you're crying while eating the sticky rice that day," Klein said mocking him a little, "of course what do you think is the reason I'm crying?" Tristan asked. "oh well, you probably went broke or something?" Klein said scratching his cheek slightly.
"with all the money I have today? HA," he just laughed it off, Klein looked at him, he feels slightly off, "are you worried about me?" Tristan asked leaning at Klein, "don't worry I'm-".
"Hey... are you somehow a narcissist?" Klein asked as he stepped away, "pardon? a... narcissist?" he pointed to himself, "me?" he widened his eyes while looking at Klein.
"well, you somehow... resembles a narcissist friend of mine," Klein looked away from him after what he said, "Is that how you think of me?" Tristan asked Klein looking like a gloomy wolf, "well- well- I just- I'm sorry-", "well, you're kinda right," Tristan said confidently.
"what?"
"I mean, I'm handsome enough to make me fall for myself,"
"Let's not see each other again, shall we?" Klein joked,
"HEY! I WAS KIDDING!!"
