A/N: this chapter includes cussing and violence
A loud knock on my door made me scatter all the files on my table, who in the world would knock at my door so loudly?
"Sir!? may I come in?" Abigail asked outside of my office's door, "you may," I said while picking up the papers that fell from my desk. Abigail hurriedly closed the door as soon she got in and began glancing left to right and looked at me, she stomped towards me quickly while sweating buckets,
why is she acting like this?
she gulped as she kept sweating more, "what is it?" I asked with my left brow raised from her nervous actions in front of me. "You have a strange visitor, waiting for you outside, sir," she said while rubbing her elbow, "describe..."
---
I walked towards the company's guest area and saw a woman wearing a dark appropriate dress and a small hat with a black veil covering her face, she opened her fan in her hand to cover her face. "Good morning, may I know who you might be?" Abigail asked politely as I was behind her, she looked at her and gave her a somber smile. "how rude that my son-in-law doesn't recognize me," she said as she closed her fan, mother-in-law? Tristan's mother??
"serve her some tea," I ordered Abigail pretending to know the woman who's sitting on the company's couch in the guest area.
---
"How are you, my son?" she asked with a non-genuine tone, "who are you really?" I asked as we were left alone in the room, she pouted and crossed her arms as the fan her holding in her right hand pointed to her right cheek. "I am Tristan's mother," she said while curving me a smile, however, I am not sure if she's really smiling or sneering at me because of the veil in front of her face.
'snap!' she snapped her fingers unexpectedly, it's a trap!.
I glanced around and I got surrounded by men in black who were holding my arms and legs to prevent me from moving. She stood up from her seat and fanned me, her fan released some sort of scent that could make someone faint from the smell.
This - she planned this! she made sure that the employees went for lunch! Abigail!
I gasped for air, "h-how... could you..." I said with the remaining strength I have before collapsing.
she just smiled but this time it was unwanted, her facial expression was contradicting her current actions right now.
"PWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA," she laughed maliciously but soon she frowned as if she has bipolar disorder, "put him in the van and don't leave a trace,"

"Klein's reaction was a bit weird as soon as she heard her call him," she mumbled as she carried the tray filled with biscuits along with the tea set,
'close'
"Madam?" Abigail addressed as she saw her leaving the room all tensed, Sol immediately glanced at her and smiled, "you shouldn't have prepared, I will leave soon," she said while laughing with a calm posture. She noticed something off as she looked at Sol's expression, "where is Sir Klein?" she asked while gripping the tray, "he went back to his office early," Sol lied and quickly walked away while holding her phone in her hand pretending to have errands to do.

'SPLASH!'
I woke up drenched in cold water, my hands are tied along with my feet, I can't see a thing it was all dark. "Are you awake?" Tristan's mother asked while throwing the bucket away, "where am I?" I grunted while trying to loosen the rope tied on my hands.
A sudden punch directly to my stomach came out of nowhere, "
"
"Stop it, that's enough," a familiar voice said from a distance, the voice of a person walked towards me as I was looking clueless and badly hurt. "hello there brother~" Elista greeted me as she wiped my bloodied face resting on the floor with a soft cotton handkerchief, Elista!?!? you're the one who planned this?.
"no greetings from my brother? how rude of you," she pouted as she wiped my sweat and tears. She snapped her finger to untie me from the chair but she doesn't have any plans of freeing me from misery, I smiled at her as she took off the blindfold, she looked at me confused and displeased of my unexpected smile at her. "Hello there my beloved illegitimate sister, how I missed you," I said as my displeased facial expression contradicted my sentence.
"The confidence you have to call me illegitimate," she said as her right eye twitched from annoyance, "aren't you one though?" I sneered as If I'm asking for a death wish.
She slapped me left a sting on my right cheek, "are you still not satisfied? do you want to get more beat up?" she asked me while pulling my collar, "you're penniless, you can't even bribe a single soul just to help you," she added while leaning closer to me with a sneer on her face.
I scoffed and said "the reason I'm penniless right now is because of your own selfishness, don't blame me on the things I didn't do,"
"you still have the guts to tell me that, look at yourself... you look like a fucking beggar right now," she scoffed and laughed as the others laughed along with her. "What did I ever do to deserve this torment you're giving me right now?" I asked her while looking at her and the people around her, "you made me envy your perfect life, your family killed mine," Elista said with widened and darkened eyes along with a creepy smile on her face.
"nonsense, if my family killed yours then why are you passing the torment to me!? and you're saying that you envied my perfect life?" I scoffed and laughed as if they told me a hilarious joke, "I've been neglected by my own blood because of you," I clenched my teeth as I saw her smile in front of me but soon the smile turned into a frown, she pulled my collar and looked at me creepily. "yes, that's part of my revenge; by making you feel the loneliest person in the world,"
