Now…

I looked out the bus window reflecting on past events with a smile on my face.

I was aching, hurting even but, all I could do was to wear a foxy smile on my face.

I was pretty sure there was some kind of curse against werewolves being happy.

My black hair flutters in the wind as I walk up the alley with my trusty trouble killer strapped to my back.

It was a street with a scanty population, I've only be able to count not more than five cars drive past me.

My guild was just a few blocks away from me at this point and I had to get there fast.

Jumping on rooftops wouldn't be a real challenge for a hunter if you were hiding from a couple of cameras here and there but no.

Running at an insane speed might ruin my hair which would be worse.

Stealing a vehicle could take me behind bars in no time which makes that another no.

Well that leaves me with one option…

Walking.

Sigh.

---

"What a day will this be." I walked ahead with my hands crossed behind my back and eyes peering on to the street ahead.

[The Legends Guild]

"Finally!" I screamed after finally getting to the Guild in time.

After hours of journeying I have finally reached the final stage of my mental mission which was…

Getting to the guild in one piece.

I slowly walked to the gate with a profound ear to ear grin on my face.

A beep rang in my ear promptly me to immediately place my hands on the device placed on the gate lock.

[Hunter:

Scanning…]

[Name: Lauren Kane]

[Class: Hunter]

[Rank: Intermediate]

The gate opened slowly as a whole new world was unraveled before my sight.

"Home."

I walked past the two guards stationed at both sides of the gate with a smile imprinted on my face.

The guild was a beautiful place bustling with hunters of all races with one common goal…

Survival.

The werewolves lived happily together until the Lycan happened.

Lycan and his wyldwolves had invaded the empires and created a new force of their own…

The Black Forces.

Wyldwolves had the deadly ability of being able to transfigurate humans to wylds through their bites or scratches.

The transformation was a painful experience and only a few make it out alive and if the do they become wyldwolves.

"Hi."

A rather slender lady white straight blond locks and deep blue eyes wearing a full body armour and a sword strapped to her back walked up to Lauren with her lips curved up in a friendly smile.

"Hello." Lauren responds with a smile on her face as she fixed her eyes on the stranger.

"The name's Elyria." She immediately stopped coming closer as I noticed her nose twitched.

"Lauren." I politely replied not minding the idea that they was a potential half-beast before me.

"You're a…"

She started but I cut her off with a cough which also signaled her of what I probably am.

"Oops." I managed to let out keeping those listening on our conversation in the dark.

"…Um okay, Wouldn't it be nice if we could hang out at the cafe later?" She asked politely but I knew something must not be right.

"Why?" I asked suspicion in my tone of speaking.

"I need your help."
