Lauren was giggling and laughing with the witches, her hair was tied now back into a ponytail, and her face was as bright as the sun.
"So, those vamps chased you here?" The most beautiful of the witches chirped, her golden shoulder length hair flutters in the wind, her ruby eyes had a bright glow as she spoke.
"Yeah, I really thought I was going to get it this time." Lauren grimly replied, she shuddered at the thought of what would have happened to her if she had been caught by the vampires.
"Well, lucky for you, we had a hefty meal last night, we could go some months without eating." The witch with golden hair smiled, she had absolutely no plans to eat another creature.
Lauren sighed in her heart, it was as if a heavy burden had been lifted from her shoulders.
"Oh, were are our manners!" One of the three witches cried suddenly.
"Sorry, my name is Fay." The witch with golden hair smiled, her eyes were shaped like crescents.
"Andrel." The witch holding the child adds, her eyes sparkled as she spoke.
"Claire." The one who spoke earlier said with a self satisfied smile on her dark face.
Lauren smiled, well until the full moon she could perhaps hang out with these witches.
"I just hope this doesn't get me eaten."
----
The vampire king, King Drayon, sat on his throne, he held a golden cup filled to the brim with fresh blood.
"Sire, do you need us to hunt it down?" The female vampire from the abandoned building earlier said, her head was bowed slightly as she spoke.
"No, the witches can do whatever they please with her." Drayon smiled faintly, his elongated canines gleaming in the candlelight.
"I understand." The female vampire said, then, without wasting anymore time, she walked out of the room.
The vampire king smiled, putting the cup to his lips, his eyes slowly closed, then, he took a gulp.
----
"Bardon, we need to find that creature." The female vampire stood before the male, her arms were crossed, and anger was boldly written on her face.
"The King..." The male vampire started, his expression was surprisingly calm.
"Forget the King! Lord Fangs wouldn't like if something interrupts the opening of the gates on the full moon!" The female vampire cut off the male vampire, she wouldn't want to lose the chance of destroying all the humans I'm her path.
"The Dark Hunter was unable to stop the vampires from opening the gates, how can a frail and weak half-blood give us problems?" The male vampire stated, he leaned on to a wall, his eyes were fixed on the female.
"Axle, you and I both know that the Dark Hunter couldn't stop it because it was a full moon. Yes the werewolves and most of the demon race escaped, but despite the fact that we were stronger than them, they still beat the us back into the underworld, and he sealed the gate." The female vampire narrated, her face was stern, and she had a serious look.
"Do not worry, I assure you nothing will go wrong." The male vampire wrapped his hands around the female and pulled her into an intimate embrace.

Lauren swung her hands about, she was feeling quicker by the moment, and her hair was growing faster than usual.
Metres away from Lauren, Fay watched with interest, the creature showed all the traits of being a wolf cub.
Werewolves had escaped to the surface, thousands of years ago, she wasn't born yet, but her mother had told her the story and she had met a few unlucky werewolves who couldn't escape from the underworld.
The girl before her smelled like a werewolf, but she looked like a human, her speed and strength were abnormally high for a normal human or a normal cub.
Fay smiled, witches had zero interests in eating half-bloods, she would rather eat grass than eat a half-blood.
Lauren felt someone was watching her so she looked up, and surprisingly she saw somebody looking down.
Fay, the golden haired witch.
