That Appalling journal

"It's said that he was involved in illegal business."

"Our investigation said that he was into drug trafficking. He was into that actually since he was 15. He had a broken childhood. Divorced parents, abusive stepfather."

"His street name was Qash".

Silence prevailing...

Doors opening~

There was a huge lifeless wooden house in front of them.

Needless to say, the house was situated between nowhere, the only two things surrounding the house was overgrown vegetation and an endless series of soul darkening silence.

Creekk~

Big fat doors open and endless piles of dust and frightfulness greeted them.

The wooden pieces of furniture inside the house were that of a typical lumber house you'd expect on a nowhere place in a forest.

There were 3 frames inside the house that just stood stuck to the wall being covered in spider webs and layers of dust.

Touching the handrail Harry attempted to climb up the stairs, however, he suddenly felt that the wooden handrail felt warm and sticky. Looking back at his hands he saw blackish-red blood dripping from his fingers. And the once dusty wooden railing was now fully covered in a weird type of blackish-red liquid and smelling it he detained a metallic smell.

"What is it, Harry?" asked Aiden

"See this." Harry moved his hands towards Aiden and the rest.

"Is it blood?" remarked Lilura

"Yeah seems like it," said Aron

"Let's split into 2 groups and search the house. One group will search the ground floor the other will work on searching the upper one."

"However guys remember not to get separated from each other no matter what." said Harry

"All right Aron and Harry will cover upstairs and I and Lilura will be in charge of searching this area here."

"Ok"

Harry and Avon took their guns in their hands and positioned them in between their hands, preparing themselves for any unexpected attacks that might pop up, before slowly ascending the stairs and disappearing into the infinite darkness.

"Shall we go check in these two rooms separately?" asked Lilura

"I don't think that will be a great idea," answered Aron looking around

"It's best if we stick together if you know what I mean," said Aron quite absentmindedly

"Yeah, that will be the best thing to do I reckon." Lilura also seemed to sense something and agreed.

Walking into the room with their guns in the middle of their palms, Lilura and Aron walked into the room cautiously.

In the middle of the room, there was a big display case that contained shattered pieces of glass inside it.

Lilura found herself in front of a journal.

The journal was quite plain.

Just a regular black coloured journal your uncle might gift you on a random day.

The cover of the journal was black and it had no words on it.

Opening the journal she saw the words 'He sees. He feels. He kills.' in the middle of the page.

On the next page, the following words greeted Liluria 'There was a certain someone who opened the book and once she did that, she was never the same again.'

'She always heard that disturbing sound that she had been hearing ever since she opened that. That girl was me. I heard him. I always did. Tried to forget it but it never left me.'

'One who opens that BOOK will never find themselves alone. HE will always be there to haunt YOU.'

Hahahaha

"Lilura?"

"Huh?"

"Is something wrong?"

"No. It seemed like I just heard someone laugh maybe."

Aron's face ashened hearing her however he did not stare at her strangely at her ridiculous remark but instead took the journal from her and took her hand.
