She was killed

"Lilura, I think we should get the others out there?" Aron asked with caution.

"No, wait" Lilura tried convincing him.

"We need to get out of here now."

Saying that Aron holds Lilura's hands in an attempt to pull her towards him, however.

Suddenly a scream rang out.

"Was it harry?" Liluria said all alerted.

"It seemed like it was him," Aron told, feeling alarmed.

"Let's go and check on him"

"No," Lilura rejected.

"Huh?"

"I won't go."

"Why Lily?"

"I have to investigate this place further you go. I'll be here to see things downstairs.

"But-"

"Just go!"

Right then another shout rang out.

Alarmed Aron said "All right stay here then. I'll be quick." Saying this Aron cautiously yet swiftly ran upstairs.

Lilura started at his back and said "Okay."

Looking back at the journal Liluria flipped the page further and there were pictures of some women.

The first picture was of a girl with golden-brown hair. She was probably of the age of 22. But the strange thing was that the picture was upside down. And just beneath the picture were the words written 'ttttuuoitrnadnywouillhiavteste'

'What can this mean?' Lilura started at the cryptic message.

The only thing understandable was the words that were written on a small note 'The cat was lost downstairs. Flip the ends and you'll have it.'

The handwriting was a strange one. It seemed the person writing it had a hard time having a hold on the pen, as the ends of the writings were always shaky

Lilura turned to the next page and there was the picture of a bloody body. The body was of a girl. A girl with brown hair and the way, the girl was killed was gruesome. She had multiple scratch marks done to her, on the wrists. Her neck was tied with a noose, and a shoelace was tied to her hands, which left marks on her hands because the laces were tied too roughly.

The body had a disfigured leg and a Glasgow smile on the victim's face. And the whole body was covered in multiple injuries.

Even Liluria who was used to facing the greatest of adversity and seeing the worst of worst felt disturbed.

"Saw it?" an indistinctive voice said

"Huh?" Liluria turned around in surprise after hearing a voice.

However turning around, she saw nothing but a full-length mirror. It was a full-length old mirror. It had spider webs all over it, but however, the glass was untouched unlike any other glass in the house.

It had no single crack on it.

As Lilura was examining the mirror, Her eye caught something shiny. She saw what she believed to be something that was glowing inside the next room. She cautiously pointed the gun and started walking ahead.

This room was bigger than the previous one. It had a bed, a dressing table, a table lamp, a cabinet, and a washroom. It seemed to be a girl's bedroom.

She cautiously walked towards the place where she had seen the shining thing before.

'Creak'

The door opened with a creak as Lilura walked inside.

Walking into the room, Lilura got a bad gut feeling. She saw signs of struggle in the room, with just a look. The door had blood spatters on it, especially on the doorknob. There were bloody imprints on the silky white curtains. The mobile phone which was beside the flower vase had blood imprints on it too.

Looking to the side Lilura saw that the other side of the room was covered with a bloody white cloth. The white cloth was hanging from the top, covering whatever was on the other side.

'Snip'

Cutting the cloth she saw a bloody scene. A black-haired girl was lying in a pool of blood. She had her back facing her, and her back had many stab wounds plastered on.

Lilura quickly walked towards the body.

Turning her around, Lilura got horrified seeing the scene in front of her.

The victim had a Glasgow smile done on her face. The killer had cut open the victim's mouth to the ears, which made the hideous scar look like a scar.

And the sides of her ears were cut too indicating that the killer did this after murdering the victim. Her hands were covered with blood, it seemed that the killer could not make the victim lose her consciousness at the first time,

She also had more stab wounds on her chest and her legs were disfigured.

Lilura still, checked her pulse, which was not found. She then checked her breathing but understood that the girl had long died.

'It seemed that struggle and multiple attempts to escape took place in her' Lilura thought as she looked around, and saw a strand of black hair. It was a clump of black hair.

Seems as if the victim pulled the hair out.

Lilura took out a pair of gloves from her pocket before looking at the clump of hair.

The body had multiple marks on her body, which were caused by a knife.

Her hands had bloodstains on them, which showed that even when the killer was stabbing her, she tried escaping, but could not. Because the killer continued mercilessly stabbing her and placed their hand on their wrists, to prevent them from moving.

The girl had her clothes still intact on her body, but her clothes were dishevelled. There were horizontal creases on her clothes, which made them dirty. Lilura folded her blouse and saw that her inside folds were clean. This indicated to Lilura that the victim at some point was tied so she could not move, and so when the violence took place blood spattered all over her clothes, but her inner part was fresh. The victim was also missing two of her buttons.

Lilura looked around the room for a bit and found something. Just a bit far from the body the two grey coloured buttons were laying, but they did not have any tinge of red in them, indicating that the victim knew the killer was here and wanted to escape before the killer started attacking her.

The white rug in the room was painted with patches of red blood, and the rug was crumpled all over. This again showed the victim tried escaping hard.

Other than the disfigured legs, the victim had multiple other bruises on her. Her neck showed that something was tied to it, and both of her wrists were scratched.

There was a broken wardrobe on the side. Walking closer to the wardrobe, Lilura discovered bloody imprints. The same imprints she saw on the broken vase, and on the curtains.
