SLEEPOVER

Lia was still staring at the unknown place through the window which was half opened in the lonely hospital waiting room. Ren had showed the room to Lia and asked her to stay in there till the morning. She had no idea why Ren was suddenly being nice to her and making her stay when she was asked to leave few moments ago. She wondered what happened in the room between Noah and the glass girl, that's what she calls Ren because she had the habit of lifting her glass up every few seconds.

The moon was missing in the sky as the clouds covered it, letting her take in the darkness more easily. The streets were lighted with bright yellow lights but as time passed by, those became invisible to her eyes. In the forest, even on the most cloudy nights, she could see the moon. It was like a blessing to the Flores from the moon goddess for their good work in keeping the wolves safe.

Lia couldn't help but think about the incidents that happened in the past few days, how things turned upside down. She was planning on implementing new rules in the capital for the welfare of the Omegas but Oliver had to spoil her entire life just for his own achievements. What distressed her more was the fact that her parents trusted him more than her. The man whom she planned to spend her whole life with betrayed her in a night after giving his seeds to her.

Lia didn't know what to do with her cubs, a part of her wanted to kill them and take every memories off him but on the other hand, the fact that the cubs belongs to her. They had done nothing wrong, so keeping them would not be a harm just as Noah mentioned. They may bring in good fortune and more over they are the first generation to be starting to rule the Flores as per her values and ideas. They would help their pack and lead them to something which is much more than the present.

The thoughts kept in stirring in her that the night passed by without waiting for her to sleep. The bright sunlight hit her sleepy face and spread through out the room, small shuffled footsteps approaching the room. Lia flinched hearing the sudden turn in the door knob and looked back at the person walking in with a puffed eyes. She had cried for real and it was so evident in her tired face that the person who walked in frowned her eye brows.

"Anything wrong?" Ren asked placing a cup of coffee o the table.

"Where is he?"

"Drink this and wash up first." Ren was a little annoyed t her question.

Lia stared at the cup in front of her and the steam coming from it. She had no idea what it was and how she was supposed to do it. She definitely drinks from cups but the brown liquid was not familiar for her and the steam coming from it made her feel that the doctor was trying to hurt her.

"It is just a coffee. Blow on it and take slow sips, you won't burn yourself." Ren said noticing her uneasiness.

"Thank you." Lia was thirsty since the night so finally getting something for her throat felt like a good idea.

She took the cup to her mouth but before taking a taste, she sniffed it in. It was surprisingly making her feel fresh all of a sudden. Her cubs kicked her stomach for the first time and Lia flinched holding her stomach with one hand. She smiled to herself and smelled the liquid once again to receive the second kick. The cubs must really want her to try it so badly and not thinking of anything else, she took a small sip.

"How is it?" Ren asked before Lia could even melt it down her throat.

"It is fine." She answered not wanting to give in even though she just loved the drink.

"So, are you ready to leave?" She asked walking to the window and closing it down as the room was getting overly heated up.

"Where to? I am staying with Noah." Lia gritted her teeth as she finished her drink.

"He is leaving too. He just needs to rest at home so we are discharging him now." The lady went out of the room, swaying her hips making Lia angry.

"What is with that attitude?" The other also walked out of the room and ran to the place where Noah was admitted the last night.

Noah had changed his dress because the old one was looking a little too much for a discharge occasion. This time, he had a totally different look and as expected, it suited him really well. It was Ren, who got him the new pair of dress even though he resisted. She told him that the outfit would not be included in any kind of favour but was just a token of happiness from her side.

"What are you wearing?" Lia asked as soon as she stepped into the room to see the boy casually watching something on a big glass.

"A shorts and tee shirt?" He answered her with eyes still on the screen as he flipped through the channels with much easiness.

"What is that?" Lia asked walking to the big glass where there were many people moving in.

"A television? Why?" He asked as he changed channel to some program which showed a couple of animals in the zoo.

"Isn't this the place from last night? How did that place come here?" Lia asked knocking on the glass, expecting the place to come here or to go in there.

"What are you doing? You are going to break it." Noah called out in annoyance as he turned down the channel, leaving out a heavy sigh.

"How do you know all this?" Lia asked curiously to the boy who was adjusting the temperature of the room and adjusting the fan.

"I am a quick learner." He was not at all looking at her at this point.
