Chapter 68: WALL PAINTING

“Did we get attacked?” Lucy's brows furrowed in confusion upon noticing the numerous buckets of paints lying around.

When I asked for a supply of paint I hadn't expected it to be this much.

“Attacked?”My own brows rose in confusion. Trust Lucy to have the wildest imaginations.

“Yes. What's with all the buckets of paints?” She said, wiggling those tiny little brows at me “Are we having a paintball fight?”

“Paintball fight? Nope.” Like I said, wildest imaginations.

“Awwwnn, no fun.” Her face fell in defeat.

Caving, “But, I can do that one of these days.” With a child around, I've learned to live a little most times.

“Thanks. So, what's this about?” Gesturing to the buckets around, she asked.

“We are repainting your mum's room.”

Since the day I went to Natasha's bedroom to discuss the whole arrangement with Cyril and Sam, I have not been able to get over its look. So, I had some guys bring in excess paint. That way, I might have some fun with it after all.
