"-fit to run this city. Blah, blah, why we are here, blah, blah, don't be stupid. Yeah, yeah. What else? Hm?" He quirked his brow, "I asked you a question. What do you want? I still have power of you and don't think I am so naïve to not notice the changes you've made with the cities."
He gritted his teeth and stood tall like a leader does.
This caused the council in the room to quiet down. When Eddrick got like this, there was no talking the man down. Clearing his throat, the man with a beard spoke up.
"We've came to tell you about the wedding," he fixed his coat, "We feel it is best that you stay. You will not make it in time, anyways. Just stay and do what you've already done."
Eddrick stared at them blandly. These people were so boring and told him the exact thing every single time. A slow grin split across his face, causing the people in the room to freeze. Walking closer to the council, he leaned in.
"You wish for me to do nothing. You wish for me to not find a woman. You wish for no heir. Am I right?" The leader questioned innocently and some of the council's eyes widened and others narrowed.
"A pity, really," his pearly teeth looked like fangs to them, "That you think you can control me," He leaned over to grab the fallen invitation, "I am going. Now, where is the female that was here?"
They didn't reply and his grin fell and his eyes stared at them coldly. One of the female's body shivered and he stared at her longer. She was fearful, that was good. He could take advantage of that, so he continued staring at her.
"She… She left."
"Where?"
"I… I don't know."
"Where did you leave her?" He questioned as he fixed himself in the mirror.
"…"
"I said, where did you leave her!"
"She is long gone now!" The eldest man shouted, "Disrespectful child! How dare you-"
His hands grabbed the old man's shirt and yanked him forward. Wide scared eyes looked into his red ones.
"Continue and I will be happy to kill you with my bare hands," Eddrick tossed the old man back, stumbling into his fellow members arms, "Now, get out!"
They quickly left him alone in his room. Looking at the image of the Moon Goddess, he sighed and stared at the invitation again.
'Guess I won't have a plus 1 after all. Ah~ It is going to be so boring now!'

(Day of Sir Bruin and Miss Rebecca's Wedding)
Daniels Barrett stared at the people around him. So many people with so much money, it made his eyes twitched. The city of Rosemount was beautiful. Beautiful flowers, beautiful people, beautiful everything. It was too beautiful in his eyes.
When he received the invitation, he wanted to refuse it. Rosemount had done nothing for anyone. Where this city sat was perfect compared to the other cities. The river was not too far, the soil was good, and the mountains protected the harsh weather from hitting them.
His brown eyes looked over to the doctor of Flathand and his assistant.
"What are your thoughts, Miss Apple?" Cayden James questioned.
The female touched Miss Rebecca's stomach, pulse, and eyes. The soon to be wife was frowning at being touched, but she put up with it. The doctor watched the Miss Apple pulled back and smiled at him.
"She is healthy and there is nothing wrong. Miss Rebecca is also at a ripe age and from my questioning, there will be no issue with bearing children."
"Great work, Miss Apple," the doctor smiled, "I also came up with the same conclusion," he turned to the purple haired female, "You are in perfect health, Miss Rebecca."
"Thank you, Doctor Cayden," she stood up, "I didn't think you'd get an assistant. I'm sure Samantha is quite sad to see you chose this female instead of her."
"Miss Samantha does not have the knowledge or patients as Miss Apple," he admitted and the soon to be wife smirked.
"Handsome, intelligent, and so mean to my cousin," Rebecca looked at the female assistant, "Thank you, Miss Apple."
The female with short black hair bowed to her. She looked to see the leader of Wolftown walking toward them. Her mother must be pleased that the leaders all wish to bless her marriage. Rebecca looked over at her maid and she bowed to the doctor and left.
"She is… scary," Miss Apple frowned, "Quite rude, wouldn't you say, Doctor?"
"You must get used to it, Miss Apple," the doctor smiled, "There will be plenty like her."
"One of the reason you had to come with me, huh?" The female smirked before dropping her shoulders with a sigh, "I will do better. But she is right. I am surprised you accepted me as your apprentice so quickly and then my brother as well. You trying to go on vacation or something?"
Cayden only smiled and made sure to pick up has bag he brought with him. He touched his chest where a pendant laid. A hand touched his shoulder and he turned to see Daniels.
"Sir Daniels," Apple gleamed and bowed, "H- Hi."
"Miss Apple," the redhead bowed lightly, "You did well."
The short raven haired female turned red from the praise. Cayden chuckled and looked over to see his friend staring at his young assistant with a strange look.
"Miss Apple, would you mind checking up on the other family members on your own?"
"By… By myself?!" The young woman gulped.
She stared into her teacher's blue eyes and she cleared her throat.
"I will do it!" She said determined and grabbed his bag.
Cayden and Daniels watched her rush off and the doctor felt proud. Once Apple was more confident in her already knowledgeable self, he would be free to…
'Moon Goddess.'
He had thought about their conversation for some time and he was willing to become hers. He just needed to make sure Flathand was in capable hands before he leaves.
'Soon,' Cayden smiled to himself and looked the leader of Wolftown.
"Daniels, let's go check in with Bruin."
They left the room and headed to see the husband to be. Daniels knocked on the door and walked in with Cayden. They saw Bruin Huffman was sitting, staring out of the window. His blue eyes turned to them and the blonde stood up.
"Daniels, Cayden," Bruin smiled and greeted them both with cupping their shoulders. They returned it and joined him on the couch, "How was the travel?"
"Well enough," Daniels stated sharply.
"Daniels does not like traveling far," Cayden offered an apologetic smile for his friend.
"I know," the blonde laughed before it settled down into a frown, "And it must be difficult for you as well, right? I know how you two are. Your cities are important to you."
"As is yours," the redhead stated looking at the door, "That is why you are going through with this nonsense."
"What would you have me do?" Bruin groaned and placed his head on his fist, "If you were me, what would you do?"
