Flipping the coin

Right after threatening the biggest villain of this nightmare, he brought his gestures into action.

The marionette bent his body posing as a typical pro runner, his head and eyes both raised, looking straight to her hateful face.

"Stop him!" Having the memories of Molly, the being that was currently possessing her knew perfectly what were his intentions.

"Heeeeeeeh!"

"Heeeeeeeh!"

"Heeeeeeeh!"

"Heeeeeeeh!"

All the monsters, even those who were found in the work of surrounding and blinding people, leaped toward him.

But the fear had completely vanished, naturally, after one of the giants was defeated simply by his fist. The space that was inhabited by panic and dread, now it had been conquered by a belligerence sentiment conjuring to vent his injustice, anger, and revenge!

His feet propelled the three-meter high body, accelerating at subhuman speed, and his hands straightened to cut the air restriction.

An ocean of monsters, small and big ones, covered his route toward their queen.

But who cares!

With one kick, the battle doll destroyed the body of a minion in half.

With one punch, its armored fist fractured the incoming spears.

He jumped over the astonished creatures, rising his knee, and no matter where he landed, there was always a dead!

"Aggggghhhhhhh!"

Sebastian screamed, with his own body, knowing that the marionette was limited from that action.

Killing every obstacle found in the way.

Before the life of this second body ends, he seeks a massacre able to compensate for his pain!

Eva, Dad, and… there's hope that mom…

"Just fucking die!!!"

His arm pierced the giant's chest. And immediately after threw the corpse to overthrow numerous enemies.

He was found surrounded, but despite so, he wasn't vulnerable to danger, they were.

Countless spear limbs raised, if Eva was facing three in her combat, he was honored to be aimed with at least three hundred.

'Come…'

They shoot.

Dump!

Dump!

Dump!

Dump!

Dump!

Clank!

Dump!

The agile marionette body moved between the spaces like fish in water, many of the limb-spears couldn't even skim the greenish armor.

But imperfectness was the natural karma of things.

No matter how nimble he eluded the attacks, some still impacted on the metal-like layers of protection.

Clank!

That was the exact sound.

He worried.

Inevitably slowing down for a brief second, causing dozens of more spears to hit the breastplate and helmet.

But soon he realized it was fine.

Those spikes rebounded immediately, leaving barely a minimal sink mark, not even a crack.

And taking away their opportunity to think, he slammed again, smashing and fracturing the arms that held those sharp weaponry.

It was known to perfection now that the spears couldn't do any significant damage to the marionette, so he stopped dodging the limbs, or even purposely lunge towards the attacks, just to focus on every punch.

To the head.

To the chest.

To the hearth.

To the spots where humans have viscera.

To those ribs trying to protect the fragile lungs.

To their shoulders, to stop all mobile arms once and for all.

To their legs and knees, to make them fall. Them with his palms, break their necks.

Hitting…to all their possible critical points!

Sometimes, he would jump up and grab the nape and shoulder of these giants, and with the unnatural force residing in the doll, he would snap them in two.

And when tooth minions climbed on him, hoping to rewrite the past history, a little twist with his new hands could pull their heads off… if the little press of the finger didn't crush them before.

As more lives he took with his hands, the flower marks on the face and other parts of the marionette starts to shine like the white horn crown.

'This is taking forever.'

The endless hordes of monsters began to make Sebastian impatient, he felt no fatigue in this body, but the boy was aware of some kind of sack of energy inside him that was wearing out over time.

He needed to finish this quickly, he needed a weapon.

'If only I had one…' Sebastian couldn't stop thinking about that forest ax he left behind, although even if he had it now, the marionette was so big that even clean fists were more effective. 'If we had some decent weapons… Could we have escaped? That ax was ridiculously trash.'

In his condition, everything retributed to regret.

But despite being complaining, his speed of killing did not reduce. The inward conversation Sebastian had could not distract him from breaking the chin of a random monster.

Thanks to that his consciousness were split in two, the 'Sebastian' that controlled the marionette was not the same as the one watching through a 'second screen' the battle.

However, regardless of having no leading consciousness, the marionette Sebastian felt some kind of new power guarded in the options of the killing machine, more or less a kind of ability that he could use to manipulate further this body.

The phosphorescent punch stood still in the air, leaving what could be its victim perplex.

But none monster had the intention to attack.

Given that since this started, the jade green humanoid had almost killed half of the monsters.

Like if he had the whole time of the world, the marionette disassembled the armor on its left arm. Before the beings around pondered the reason, the arm guard transformed into the familiar green fire and then into a giant battle-ax.

Its shape kept changing in size, shape, length, and design until it became a curved forward weird-looking machete with a long handle that that no longer had the aspect of an ax. The blade had two pointy peaks.

"A Panabas, huh?…" The mouth of the real Sebastian whispered.

'Battle ax used by certain ethnic groups in the southern Philippines. Specialized in chopping… an execution weapon, what a cynical.'

Right after that silent opinion, the blade debuted.

From low to high, the marionette slashed in diagonal its nearest foe.

Coherently, it died.

But some novelty still existed in this raid: the upper body flew.

And this time it wasn't a minion, the enemy that got divided in two unequal parts was a giant.

The dark blood was slipping through the knife, while the edged of the armor dripped the same stinky liquid.

With such a frightening weapon in his arsenal, the most logical thing from here would be restarting a more efficient mass slaughter.

But the Marionette prioritized another thing first.

His spring ability was shown to be impressive from the start, however, this time the doll jumped almost ten meters high to hang on a tree branch.

For the second occasion, ignoring all the monsters, the marionette located Molly from the heights and looked her directly through her eyes. He knew that she was observing him back.

What came next was the same cut-throat gesture as last time, but now with a real 'knife'.

The vision on this marionette body was impeccable, even from so far, he witnessed her mad aggrieved look—Worst than the previous provocation, plainly not because her subjects died, but seeing that it was due to the disrespect.
