The next day, the prince got up very early in the morning and took a bath to get ready for the day. It was a bright sunny day that got him into a mood to go for a run.
Wearing his sweat pants he left his room. His butler was outside waiting for him. Knowing him well he understood the need for the male to go for a run early in the morning. Hence he got the slave to join him for the run.
"Master Ty, he will join you for your run," the butler informed to him.
Tyrone looked at the tall man beside his butler and sighed. He had forgotten about his father's lame excuse of a gift. He nodded his head to tired to argue and went on to leave the house.
The slave followed behind obediently doing his best to stay one feet away from the prince. It was important for him to be at his best behaviour to not get sent back to the place where he was bought from. That place was hell and he didn't want to ever return there.
Just then Emilia joined them for the run. She had one goal in her life, to become the luna of the prince. She wanted him to like her and accept her and make her queen one day.
"Hi," she greeted him as they both run side by side.
"Hello," the prince replied her.
"What are you doing after breakfast?" she asked him.
"Reading," the prince answered her. He hated having to say so many words but it was rude not to reply when asked a question so he did his best to limit the words coming out of his words.
"Want to go shopping with me? You can take the chance to look around the place," she suggested.
Thinking on her suggestion he didn't find it bad. He liked having to leave the house and your around the place that he would have to call home. His home was attacked and his father had not told him of any plans to counterattack the enemies.
"Sure," he replied.
They finished their run and went on back to the house. The prince went straight for another shower, he informed his butler of his decision to go shopping right after breakfast.
Changing into proper clothes he took his time to have his meal. Emilia joined him at the table with his butler and slave standing on each of his sides. They served him his food and watched him eat patiently.
As he ate his inner demon started screaming again. 'He is here, mate,' it spoke with desire oozing from it's voice.
Tyrone massaged his head in frustration. His mate was really getting on his nerves. His demon was going crazy over his mate that it was giving him a headache.
He heightened his sense of smell to get the scent of his mate in the air but all he could smell was a whiff of lavender and Shea butter.
He finished his food and got away from the table. The smell was so sweet to his nose, it was intoxicating. He felt drunk from smelling the scent of his mate, his possessive wolf was waking. His eyes went from blue to red.
Massir noticed the change in him and so did the two beside him. Emilia was amazed, he hadn't changed yet but she could already feel his aura commanding her submission.
"Prince," Massir called in a deep commanding voice. It was low and threatening, he hoped to get the prince out of his trance and get him back to normal before he revealed himself to the others. His identity must remain a secret forever.
Ty fought the intoxication with much difficulty he got free. He looked to his butler. "Let's go shopping," He said and led the way out.
They got to the car and had the driver take them to the nearest shopping center. The ride was quite, no one spoke of what happened at breakfast.
"Prince, you have yet to name your slave," the butler said breaking the silence.
"Doesn't he have a name?" he asked his butler.
"I doubt he even speaks English so you have to name him," the butler said to him.
"Ivan," he said to the butler. He didn't even think much on the name and for reasons he didn't understand he was sure his demon had come up with the name.
The name sounded a little too sweet coming from his lips which was weird to him. He looked out the window, his mind had a lot going on inside that he wasn't sure what to think of first.
"Ivan is a beautiful name," Emilia stated. "Why Ivan?" she asked.
Tyrone ignored the question. He was already feeling tired from all the talking that he had done since morning. He has spoken a little too much if he were to say so himself.
"I like it," the butler said. He wrote the name down on a piece of paper and inserted the paper on Ivan's bracelet.
They arrived at the shopping center and got off the car, heading inside Ivan stuck close to Tyrone in case he was needed by his master. That and he couldn't get his thoughts from the boy. His beauty and charming voice were driving him crazy.
"I will look around. Let me know when it's time to leave," Tyrone let out and without giving them a chance to refute he was already gone from them. His ears caught the pair of footsteps following him and sighed.
'Leave it to my dad to give me a new shadow for a gift,' he thought annoyed. He thought of telling the slave to go away but the thought of speaking made him change his mind.
He didn't come to buy anything in particular, he just looked around the shopping center until he saw the book store. He smiled with joy at the wonders that awaited him inside. He checked his pocket to see if he had any money but it was empty.
"I can just call Massir to pay if I find any book that I like," he let out and stepped into the bookstore.
