Chapter 8.2

Chapter 8.2

Another person interrupted, "Have you been to the southern zone before?"

The previous speaker responded, "You don't have to go there because we have few here." After a pause, he continued, "Furthermore, there are records about how they speak too." Most people claimed that the southern zone was home to the genuine ethnic speakers of the language of Starlight nation, while others claimed that Jong Ji city (in the central plain) were the authentic ethnic speakers.

Nuan Mei interrupted, saying, "This person is a rugby player." Secretly prodding Jun Mey, she continued, "You said your partner is a rugby player, Mey, so he should become acquainted." Nuan Mei swung her legs excitedly below her desk.

Looking at Nuan Mei with steady eyes, Jun Mey said, "Even though he plays rugby, Fuhua is an influential teacher." Jun Mey believed that Bojing Fuhua could convince a rugby player to leave this institution because of his wide range of influence.

Neglecting the students' murmurs, Bojing Fuhua said, "Today's topic is human psychology." Before proceeding, Bojing Fuhua cast a glance around the class.

He spoke in his nasal tone, "Psychologists assert that they can read every minute mechanism in the human body..."

Bojing Fuhua began his presentation with ease. Of course, he wore a solemn expression that drew the student's attention solely to him.

Jun Mey deliberately enticed Nuan Mei, "Would you be willing to accompany me to a rugby match today, my dear sister?"

Stopping her swinging motion, Nuan Mei wondered, 'Why is Mey behaving this way?" It was the first time Nuan Mei tried to have a serious thought. She thought Jun Mey must want to see Chi An play.

"Am I getting paid for my efforts?" Nuan Mei angled closer to the neutral face of Jun Mey, prodding her.

Jun Mey seeing Nuan Mei's naughty expression, said, "I'll cover the cost of your launch."

Nuan Mei laughed, showing her white teeth, "At long last, we're conversing."

Despite hearing their chats, Chi An pretended not to hear anything. Chi An maintained his blank expression, crossing his arms on his chest.

Suddenly Bojing Fuhua said, "Listen up!" Looking around, he continued, "Be careful. One officer Ma and his colleague have disappeared, so tread carefully."

The lecturer quickly concluded his talk with his advice. Although the school administrators knew the real threat, they failed to address it, waiting for the school director. So they directly dismissed the death, covering everything with the facade of a missing person.

{The Mini-flat.}

The school gave every rugby player a comfortable abode to stay. They stay in standard houses with elegant internal decor left to design to their taste.

In the sitting room, Guotin Donghai's light ethnic accent echoed, "Just what do you mean, Brother Huo?"

Another rugby player, Huo Jin, sat comfortably on a sofa across from him.

Huo Jin was heavy and chubby. His physique looked like a bull. He also had a prominent mark on his brow.

With a sudden flushed face and red eyes, Huo Jin thought, 'What's up with this dude acting like a fool?" Huo Jin tried to calm his heart rate, which beat faster than an electronic drum. He wondered whether there was anything that made Guotin Donghai question what he said.

Seeing Huo Jin's expression, Guotin Donghai went silent.

After a while, Huo Jin spoke in a drawling tone, "Donghai, that new guy in your class has been hanging around with that attractive girl since he got there." Tightening his jaw, he continued, "My subordinates and I stumbled upon Tai Keixin and two suspicious individuals who had been lurking about, but they suddenly died."

Putting his hands on his temple with wide eyes, Guotin Donghai said, "What?" After a pause, he continued with his drawling tone, "Are you claiming that Jun Mey or Chi An had anything to do with their deaths?"

Tapping his fingers together, Huo Jin echoed, "Oh?" "You're even familiar with their name," he said with a frown. Huo Jin reasoned that Guotin Donghai's familiarity with Chi An and Jun Mey made it easy to locate them.

Not sure what to think, Guotin Donghai tried to reconfirm, "Just what do you mean?"

Huo Jin furrowed his brow and said, "We investigated those dead people and learned that they're wolves. After a pause, he continued, "Tai Keixin was an omega, whereas the other two were Kâppas." Tapping his fingers, he asked, "Is the coincidence not obvious?"

Frowning, Guotin Donghai asked again, "Is that Jun Mey a wolf?"

Huo Jin snorted angrily. He crossed his arm to his chest and said, "I don't detect any wolf aura on her, but I do detect our aura." Huo Jin paused and exhaled. He said, "But it's quite different."
