Chapter two - Anna Sue story

"Okay... where should I start?" Jade rubbed his chin in thought. He picked up his tea cup and started to sip.

" First off... you died in that explosion you caused in the Head quarters of the FUJI alliance.... but then you woke up here because you were wearing me on your neck at that time"

She nodded in understanding." So you mean you are that jade pendant I wore all the time?" The jade pendant was a gift from her past life husband. Even though they never got along well, her husband loved her dearly. So she merely wore it just not to hurt his feelings and also because it was beautiful- the colour of blue, green, white and pink interwoven in the stone.

"Yes iron head. When you fell into the water, you drowned simply because you were badly injured and your limbs were severed.... So when I noticed that your soul was pure, I decided to preserve it"

She looked at him incredulously and asked," If I am certain, you want to give me a second chance to live again? ". He nodded sipping his tea.

She was elated. ' So now I can go back home and patch back all the relationship with my family.... with my mother especially' she thought deeply.

" But there's a short coming" He interrupted her reverie.

" What do you mean by that?" she looked at him again.

" Well... you can't go back to your past life...." He poured himself another tea into his cup. " You see... I'm a Soul Switching Jade not a Soul Returning Jade as I've mentioned before... so you have to pick up another life - you know live another life of another dead person while that person's soul occupies you body and live your own life"

Anna Sue: "..."This sounds very creepy.

He laughed and said" No worries you can chose any past life of any body to help" He looked at her cup , " You haven't finished your tea iron head"

She picked up the tea and examined it. The tea was still hot. So she tentatively sipped it and surprisingly the tea was good! rather relaxing and not too sweet,not too bitter.

" So now I'm stuck in your turf untill I can find a body to occupy?" She asked slowly relaxing.

" Yes and No" He smiled." Yes, because I have to help you search for a life time for a while.... and No, because you will soon leave here"

" Okay how do we search for a life time?" she asked.

"*Tsk... Really eager to leave me so soon... You are pretty annoying iron head" He lamented sarcastically.

Anna sue looked at him coldly and asked" What's with the name iron head you keep calling me?!"

"That's because you have quite a stubborn character and you are a very difficult woman with tough fighting skills and spirit." He chuckled.

" Don't call me that, Green Princess!" She warned

He stiffened at the address." Hey who are you calling Green Princess?!!"

"You of course... Simply because you have a delicate but mischievous personality , a weak body...." as an after thought, she added" And you are wearing a gown like one"

" Watch what you are spouting out?!!" He bristled." This is a Custom made Chinese robe Thank you very much!"

"What ever you say.... Green Princess" She stoically said. She looked at her tea cup and continued sipping the tea.

" You....!!!" He was speechless." Just you wait!... I'll get rid of you soon!" He finally said.

" The sooner the better" She replied.

" Humph!" He folded his arms angrily. 'This lady's got some guts to speak to someone as great as me! She should be thanking me for picking her soul instead!' He thought angrily.

After a while,he calmed down a bit and looked at her while she sipped her tea.' Humph!... Not even good table manners!' What she said next made him choke on his tea.

" You like what you see?... if you're done looking you can proceed with the body occupying task with me"

Jade : "..!!!" * choke! cough! cough! cough!

After a while of coughing,he shouted at her" What nonsense are you spouting off?!!!" He massaged his temples angrily and said" Let's just get over with this..." He stood up and so did she.

He then snapped his fingers and everything disappeared; the table,chairs tea pot and all. "Okay now let's watch some TV shows shall we?" He smiled at her and clapped his hands again. A TV popped out from the thin air and played out the details of after the explosion of Fuji alliance.

The headquarters was located in a deep dense forest very far away from city M - her city. When the explosion happened, the whole head quarters was wiped out including some parts of the forests. So nobody survived that. She was far away from the headquarters after infiltrating the place ( planting undetectable bombs she'd designed for five years in every place) when she got the effect of the bomb blast ending up in a big river that ran along the place.

She had killed the leader and founder of Fuji alliance,which was not an easy task, in his manor. He was the reason why she was an assassin.

When she was Five years old, he sent his people to assassinate her entire family. But she survived because her parents never introduced her to world, claiming that they were childless.

Later when she found her way into the orphanage home, she was abducted along with all the children by Fuji alliance to train them to be mindless puppets in the organisation.

Under brutal, heartless and gory training they faced, they all died miserably except her Who fifteen years later, became the number one most fearsome assassin with the name Death Slayer.

After about two years, she decided to break out and changed her identity to become the eldest miss of the Sue family claiming the name Anna Sue. That was because the eldest miss died of a plane crash and also she looked and behaved exactly like the eldest miss of the Sue family. She later married a billionaire named Bai ling whom she never loved but loved her dearly.

She never knew who she was but she vowed to avenge every innocent soul that Fuji had killed including her parents starting bit by bit until she destroyed everything he had created after she killed him and his subordinates. Fuji alliance had terrorised other alliances and people so thier retribution came through her.

Now that she had destroyed everything, she expected death but she ended up with Jade here.

The TV showed that her body was swept by the river into the city under a bridge where her husband who had been frantically looking for her found her. Her body was now at the most expensive hospital in city M with her husband holding her bandaged hands and her body was also bandaged. What was strange was that,she was still breathing.

"Why am I still breathing" she questioned." That's because I preserved your soul" Jade answered lightly." It's been six months now and apparently, you are still in coma...so I have to switch your soul or else your soul will permanently erase"

"Okay then..." She answered as the TV changed the channel." So... you are searching for another person for me to occupy?" she asked.

"Yes I am, you guessed it right" Jade replied again.

"I can finally leave everyone at ease"She whispered softly. Jade looked at her quietly and continued to look at the TV changing the channels with his mind.

"How about this guy?" Jade asked."* Tsk... what a stupid guy... you could have at least dodged the bus not looked straight at it like a headless deer!" He said to the screen that displayed an office guy who just got hit by a bus.

"No" she flatly rejected.

"This one?" He asked again. A lady who was trying to run away from armed robbers got shot at in a mall.

" Nope" she said.

" This one ?" Jade asked again this time suppressing a laugh. A man who wanted to robb a bank using a fake gun died of heart attack on the spot when he heard sirens of the police car.

Anna Sue: "..." What an idiot...why do something beyond your power?

" Not at all" she rejected again.

" How about this man"

" nope"....

"* sigh...this girl?"

" nope"

...... after some series of no's, he gave up.

" Which one are you going to check?" He rubbed his chin in thought.

Finally, a young an extremely beautiful but weak and frail looking lady standing on a bridge who was surrounded by some rogues and two ladies in the middle of the night caught Anna Sue's attention. She was scared but she did not show it to them on her face.

" Green Princess...look at this..." she called jade's attention. The lady was covered in injuries and mud and it seemed like she a foot near death.

" Just who are you calling Green Princess?!" He screamed angrily at her." I swear I'm gonna skin you ali - what the...." he stopped midway in his threat.

He looked at the screen and exclaimed" Why she looks exactly like you!..." He turned to examine Anna Sue. She had a short white blond hair and icy green eyes and that lady also had a long white blond hair and same eyes also. Their faces were the same.... except for their characters.

One of the ladies on the screen who wore a dark green Cape over her gown suddenly opened her mouth and said maliciously to the Anna Sue's lookalike." We've been warning you Anna Rose to stay away from Prince Aran Black but you wouldn't listen.... even if you're his wife, we'll destroy you till the throne is ours..."

The lady who looked like Anna Sue suddenly chuckled and softly said with a chilly expression at all of them." I'm not surprised that this is going to happen to me eventually....but...when I'm back....I WILL KINDLY KILL YOU ALL!"

They were all taken back but laughed at her words.

"Really.... when we're just going to kill you now?" the other lady in black laughed. She took out a gun and blasted Anna Rose clearly on the chest and she fell back into the water to drown.

They all left after checking the river beneath the bridge where she fell. she did not surface at all.

" I'm choosing her Jade" Anna Sue narrowed her eyes when she viewed this.

" I'm not surprised at all" Jade said. Then he snapped his fingers and the TV disappeared.

" Since you've made up your mind....I'll send you there" he continued" but this is in 1848 in the past in country H not China....can you cope with their ways?"

She looked at him and nodded stoically. she will avenge that soul and obliterate everything that caused her harm.

" Very well then..... I'll give you all her memories and I'll send you there now" Jade sighed.

" How can I reach you?" Anna Sue asked out of the blue.

" In your dreams iron head..." He smiled mischievously and tapped her fore head. The memories came flooding into her head painfully.

She rubbed her forehead and in a rare moment she said" Thanks Green Princess" before she disappeared into the other world.

" You...!!!" Jade shouted at her disappearing form.

"* sigh....oh well, I'll just sit back and prepare some tea for my next visitor" He waved his fingers and the table, chairs tea pot and cups reappeared again. He sat and pour himself another tea.
