Chapter fifteen 015: BUILT BOND

*It hurts to give everything and lose everything in the process but life is about sacrifices*

Due to that event a bond was built between Adria and akio's mom,they grew closer.

Adria offered to spend more time with akio and his mom slept in her place. Adria got to finally hear the story from Yan Chen.

Yan Chen "my family and his family were friends, they were both partners in business we got married to fulfill our parents wish they wanted to merge their company and it was the only way we could do that and ensure it stays together, after my father's dead their family took everything, everything my father worked for with the excuse that they take care of me and what was mine was his I accepted when they finally got everything they began to treat me and my boy badly After some time they asked their son to remarry I disagreed and they began to threaten me when they figured out I wasn't moved by their threats they began to ensure conflict was normal in my home he began to hit me and most times our son...I...I normally sent him out so he doesn't get to see these things at this young age or get hurt I feel so bad that I was fooled Adria I got nothing right now nothing at all." Yan Chen said as she bent her head in shame.

Adria frowned in confusion "so it was an arranged marriage right, so why didn't you get a divorce when you realized their motives."

"They didn't accept because their son's assets would be divided and they didn't want that they threatened to take my son if I dare to file for a divorce. I thought of begging you to adopt my boy but your a young lady that would have been selfish of me." Yan Chen sighed deeply.

"You guys are free to stay here forever if you want but you must get that divorce and try to stand to your feet again. I'm already used to having both of you here and you help a lot with the works at home and haru is cool with you people staying here." Adria said calmly.

Yan Chen looked up at Adria with a look filled with gratitude " Thanks a lot Adria you are an amazing person I'll never forget this favor."

Adria gave a mild smile as she went straight to her bed

"Adria." Yan Chen called out to Adria

"Hmm." Adria answered as she rubbed the back of her neck feeling sleepy and tired.

"Haru is not a mere driver right." Yan Chen asked.

"Mhmm he's a trained bodyguard,cook,doctor and any other thing you could think of. He listens to my orders and my sister's he a great guy and really helpful. Can I go to bed now work has been stressful lately." Adria said as she laid down closing her eyes

"I realized cause he doesn't even drive you around else you ask him too." Yan Chen grinned.

"Hmm." Adria said.

"When will your company celebrate their event." Yan Chen inquired.

"I don't know, they keep saying they will keep everything brief but till now they haven't finished the list or preparation yet." Adria said with a frustrated groan.

"Oh that's really bad, alright good night dear." Yan Chen gave a warm smile to Adria at her level of tolerance, she said good night and left.

"Mhmm bye." Adria loved her peace and quiet but Yan Chen was quit a talker when she got comfortable. Adria eventually slept off.

IN THE MORNING

Asachi woke up with a bad headache, he had invited friends over yesterday and they drank a lot and played video games "Ahh it feels really bad it hurt so bad." he picked up his phone and called Adria

Ring! ring!!

Adria was still in bed as her phone rang, she kept turning on her bed "this is fucking Saturday." she said as she picked up the call

"I know, I'm sorry but my head hurts a lot." Asachi really sounded bad.

"What's wrong with you?." Adria asked worriedly

"I had a lot to drink yesterday and now I can't stand up please help me." Asachi began to cry childishly.

"Yo calm down, so how am I gonna get there I barely know your place all I know is you live close by." she said as she walked towards her bathroom.

"I'll direct you please hurry." he groaned.

"Okay!." She said as she ended the call and took her bath hurriedly.

She asked haru to make a tea for hangovers, she traced his house through the description sent, she got there and saw Asachi looking a mess.

"Urrrgh why did you drink so much if you know you couldn't handle yourself." she said as she offered him the tea

"Don't look at me Adria I look horrible." He covered his face.

Adria chuckled "Actually you look pretty cool especially without your glasses, you look like a singer."

Asachi drank the tea, took his bath brushed his teeth and went down stairs, He and Adria had breakfast together laughing and discussing about work Asachi really enjoyed her company.

"Adria have you been to the Tokyo's park." He asked

"Umm nope." Adria hadn't been around Japan since she came in to the country.

"What if we go there together it's a Saturday and I got nothing doing." He offered.

"Umm well I'm less busy so we could go." She answered.

"Really?." He smiled sweetly

"Yea,I'll go get ready and you should too." She said as she headed home

Adria went back home and prepared for the outing. She changed into a hoodie,skinny jeans, a her face cap and her favorite black boots as she stepped out she saw Asachi waiting for her in a tank top and a black jeans and snickers.

"Oh love your boots." He said as he glanced at her.

"Thanks can we leave now." Adria said with a smile on her face.

"Yes." he smiled brightly.

They arrived at the park and Adria saw a lot of people there, they were kids and there parents close by watching them Adria looked around for a while and smiled sweetly.

"What are you thinking about." He asked staring at her.

She smiled gently and said "I want to bring akio here I'm sure his going to love it."

"Sure he would, so how has it been sharing your home with them." He asked

"To be honest it's actually nice I don't feel alone anymore and things keep getting better, Akio got registered in a nice Pre school ."

"What her husband?." Akio asked.

"She filed for a divorce. She also told me she sent her application to few firms and organizations." Adria said with pride and admiration.

"That's really nice, I'm actually happy things are going well with you two." He said as he looked around.

"Me too." she said, dragged Asachi to the ice cream shop and purchased some for herself and him.

"You love vanilla huh." He said as he smirked "Every girl's favorite." As he picked up a different flavor from hers.

"Yup why did you take mint." Adria asked.

"I just like it, you haven't had it before have you." He looked at her for a while and shifted his gaze to the scenery in front of them.

"Nope." Adria replied.

"Wanna try?." He asked as he brought his ice cream close to her.

"Mmmm ok." she said as she scoped a little from his and tasted it had an awful taste she squeezed her face making a funny face in the process.

Asachi laughted loudly holding his stomach.

"Ewwww." Adria spat "your are a fucking alien to like this."

"Your so funny actually I expected a sour reaction but the face you made right now was worst." he said as kept laughing.

They had a great day together, they visited a lot of places and played a lot of games when they were done they headed back home.
