Chapter 31

"Hey, I thought you and Kousuke talked? What the hell was that for?" Mary asked Ryuzaki as she stomped his feet. 

Ryuzaki squirm in pain as he rubbed his foot. If looks could kill Ryuzaki killed already his teams. He doesn't have the courage took at Mary because she is way more than scary than him or if that's what he thinks it is. "What the heck was that for, huh?" he screamed and his other team just make laugh of him.

Ryuzaki composed himself and decided to walk and they followed. 'I talked to him and maybe he will understand this anytime. We can't fool the president and my father easily. They have this feeling that we are working are own way without them knowing it. Just think about this Mary do you want to let your opponents know everything? of course not right? So why plan if you just let them gonna know, baka! This is all a show. And please I want you to shut your little mouth or I will kiss you right now right here. They will hear you. They know everything Mary, so please let this slip we will talk about this later.'  Ryuzaki drop a voice to her folder that he had created secretly and he bet she is surprised by now. She looked at him. Ryuzaki winked at her and she took it as a signal. 

Chevaliers walked beside Ryuzaki and clap her hands. "So, where are we heading now team captain?" she asked which makes him asked himself later on. He does not even know where they are heading. He look at her and instantly took a step back because of her scary gloomy face.

"You don't know where are we going right?!" she screamed which makes him surprise causing them to halt and they all look at Ryuzaki as he slowly nod. They face palm and look at their navigation map. 

Right the green portal is now sinking and they need a safe place for now in order to survive. Ryuzaki tap the map that he has, it was a different map aside from them. This is the map where you can find the easiest place to go and the shortcuts also he give Kousuke one of this. He just hope he remember using it, knowing him he easily forget things if he is out of his mind or what. 

"We head to that zone," Ryuzakr said and pointed them the area where they are going to head. They all look at where Ryuzaki's finger is pointing and he can tell questions written in their faces. The zone that he is pointing at is where the easiest path that players can take. But it is too risky because of the mosnters lurking around there but for now because of the sinking portal they have no choice but to be there. They can also gain something there, rare collections and supplies that they will need. According to his research and he also watch recent playbacks of players who took a play, lot of resources are in there. 

"That zone? Are you freaking out of your mind? That zone is catastrophe," Mary exclaimed and shaking her hands like he was crazy or already lost my mind. In fact she doesn't need to be nervous or anything. She's tough and she can deal with it. Maybe she is lazy to do something right now. 

"Danger," Chevaliers muttered and look at him out of curiosity. 

Her eyes averted to his device that he instantly close it. It is not that he don't trust her or what but he just need to keep it himself.

Ryuzaki did not even bother telling it to Mary and he knows Mary's eyes are on him by now. He will ignore those for now and focus on their game.

Ryuzake compose himself and pointed again the zone where they are heading. A red alert instantly pop into his screen showing that the green portal is sinking again. And not to mention they are just about sixty meters away from the sinking portal if his measurement is correct.

"We head now. The portal is sinking. We don't deserve to loss this shit game," he stated and they all nodded and their eyes are full of eagerness. He looked at Chevaliers and he instantly remembered that she can teleport them but he don't know how much capacity she can do.

Chevaliers smiled as if she knows what he is thinking. "I can damn teleport you guys but that would cost me mana. We can try running you know it is not that hard," she chuckled and Ryuzaki can't help but to roll his eyes.

They run as fast as they could for they are at the center of the field where there are no bushes, trees, blocks or anything that can shield them if ever there will be a shooter or an opponent. Ryuzaki wanted to smack himself for being such an idiot. He bought his team into danger zone and yet they are now running. What the hell was he thinking and he bet by now that his father is disappointed if he is watching them.

Mary looked at Ryuzaki and she can tell that there is something he is not telling her. And she will clarify things up if they get to go back into their dorms. If Ryuzaki can fool them, not her. She knows him very well. But even though she had to trust him. There is a reason for all of this and besides she didn't even bother asking Ryuzaki what they had talk by Kousuke.

Ryuzaki wants her to shut up but Mary was a bit puzzled. Yes, she knows that the president was watching and listening to every conversation they are sharing but from the secret message that Ryuzaki shared to her she felt something different. Far more different. Yes, she also knows that he hated his father and so she is. She hated her father.

Are they just subjects?

Experiment?

Test?

Mary panted and so the others. She catch her breath and still she can't get over to praise this game. It really looks real and felt real. The running, panting and more.

"Stop thinking, Mary."
