Sam and Michael had been out on missions together before, so they knew how to work together, but so did Michael and Connor. The life that Michael led was a very complex one, and the slightest slip-up could mean all the difference between life and death. Literally. He always had to change the way he talked, laughed, walked, and behaved so that he could play the part that was required of him.
