Chapter 86 - Indigo League; advancing round part 1
Itsuki and the whole group was talking about their future plans when they all heard the announcement.
[Group B Division Elimination round ends. First of all let me congratulate all the 100 trainers who have passed the elimination round. As for the rest of the trainers, don't be discouraged. The Kanto League Association have given you numerous rewards for participating in the League. I hope you all will work hard and become the top ranking trainers of your respective regions.]

"What rewards did the other trainers got? I wonder" Itsuki said while looking at the screen which was showing the image of Lance who was speaking to everyone.
"I heard the participants will get 100,000 P$ along with Kanto League participant award." Barry answered to Itsuki.

Hearing Barry's words, Itsuki felt the Kanto League was being really generous. 'There are 900 trainers who couldn't made it to the next round. If each trainer gets 100,00 P$ then the League would have to give 90 million P$.' Cynthia as if sensing what Itsuki was thinking added.
"Don't worry, even if the League gives few hundreds millions to Trainers they would still earn in billions. This is just their investment to attract more trainers."

'Indeed, A Pokémon trainers needs money and resources to maintain and train their Pokémon. For an average trainer 100,000 is enough to let train his Pokémon using top resources at least for 3 months.' Itsuki felt he should stop his manufacturing company and host his own League.' I will become rich in no time.' But unfortunately this isn't possible since only the government is allowed to Host Leagues.

Even if one wanted to host small competitions they would still need to get the government permission and also give a percentage of their earnings to the government.
Various ways money is being earned by the government and most popular earnings source is through sponsoring an ad revenues. This large chunk of money is then distributed and used in different parts, like in research field.

[Now moving on, we are just getting into the exciting part of the League. Since we have 100 trainers, just like the elimination round there will be multiple rounds before the semi final and the Final round. Each round will eliminate half of the participants and the process will keep continuing. But one thing is to remember that each and every trainer will get rewards. But rewards level will also increase as trainers keep advancing through the rounds.]

Kagami and Rui looked at the screen and then looked at their boy. "Dear do you think Itsuki can reach the semi final." Rui asked worriedly. Being a mother even after seeing how powerful her son is cannot shake the fear that her baby will lose.
"Hahaha!" Kagami her husband just laughed and looked at his son. Kagami's eyes was filled with pride. "I believe in our son. I believe that Itsuki was preparing himself way before he started his journey. You also should know how hard our child has worked."

[All the trainers cards will randomly shuffle and match will be randomly fixed by the program. This round will be a 2 vs 2 Pokémon battle, meaning Trainers can only use 2 Pokémon.] With Lance words all the 100 cards which had all the participants pictures began to shuffle.
Itsuki wasn't that worried since he was ready to fight anyone in this league. "I hope I will get my chance to have my long waited match with you Cynthia." Hearing his words, Cynthia just smiled and kept looking at the screen.

[All the match has been decided. Now all the trainers your name and your opponent names will be announced along with the battlefield number.] Lance voice was heard throughout the entire crowd. All the crowds looked very excited for this round as they would cheer and watch the match if their favorite trainer among the 100 trainers.

"Yes, I can't wait."
"This round is going to be on fire."
"Finn you can do it."
"Cynthia please kick your opponent ass."
"Suzune please look here."
"Itsuki I am your biggest fan. Please go out with me after the Indigo league."
Although Itsuki and other trainers were very happy to receive such support and cheers from the crowd, some people within the crowd was going too far.

Itsuki and Cynthia almost could hear what the people was saying because of their enhanced hearing ability.
"Itsuki please become my boyfriend."
"Itsuki do your best."
"Itsuki, I love you."
Cynthia looked at Itsuki with a cold smile and said. "Well Itsuki, it seems you're really popular, especially among females."
"____" Itsuki decided not to say anything and pretend he never heard such words.

[Match number 1 :- Cynthia [Number 810] vs William [Number 890]. Battlefield 1]
Hearing Cynthia's name at the beginning many boys, male fans of Cynthia stood up and loudly began to cheer for her.
"Cynthia you can do it."
"Cynthia you're my goddess."
"Cynthia show them how powerful you're."
"Cynthia I love you."
"Cynthia please go out with me."
Cynthia "____" Now it was Cynthia who pretended like she never heard the crowd cheers.

Cynthia coldly glared at Itsuki which caused Itsuki to shut his mouth.

"After separating from you, I have been dealing with these kind of situations. Whenever I enter the city, there would be some wealthy rich man or some powerful family young master's waiting for me. In the end I had no choice but to beat every one of them." Cynthia's was already a top ranking beauty but after awakening Aura she became even more beautiful. Just looking at her body was enough to make men fall in love with her.

[Match Number 7 :- Ash [Number 109] vs Jordan [Number 117]. Battlefield 3]
Itsuki glanced at Ash who also happened to look at him. Ash didn't any emotions on his face, but his heart was beating wildly to beat the hell out of Itsuki and humiliate him in front of almost 1 million people.
'Itsuki, just you wait. Soon I am coming after you. This time it will be who will be humiliated and abandoned.' Ash walked to the stadium number 3 where he was supposed to fight his opponent.

Itsuki looked at Ash for a second and then continued to listen to Lance words. It would be a lie if Itsuki said he didn't hate Ash for what he did to Itsuki's family. Ash was the cause of everything. But Itsuki hated Oak even more than Ash. Since Itsuki knew that Oak was the real villain and manipulator here.

[Match Number 10 :- Gary [Number 470] vs Jones [Number 998]. Battlefield 5] Gary just smiled and walked to the stadium number 5. Gary looked totally calm as if he was already seeing his victory.

Itsuki didn't pay attention to Gary as his name was announced next.
[Match Number 11 :- Itsuki [Number 1000] vs Sia [Number 180]. Battlefield 7]
"I am going see you guys in the next round." Itsuki smiled.
"Good luck Itsuki." said Cameron
"I wish you luck." said Barry.
"You better win." Cynthia then walked towards the battlefield.

Itsuki nodded and then walked away after giving Suzune one last glance. Itsuki felt bad to leave her alone when he and the whole group was talking.
But again it was Suzune who wanted to be alone and not disturbed. 'Why is her personality so twisted?' Itsuki thought as he walked to the stadium number 7.

"Come on, let's go to stadium number 7" Rui And Kagami stood up and walked out of the main stadium.
Following Rui and Kagami, Luna, her father Cooper, Serena and her mother Grace all walked to the stadium 7.
The police maintained the order and didn't let anyone mess up. Because of this anyone who wanted to go to another stadium to watch their favorite trainer's match was able go easily.

[Match Number 15 :- Suzune [Number 777] vs Mia [Number 567]. Battlefield 10]

[Match number 16 :- Paul [Number 169] vs Selena [Number 912. Battlefield number 1.]

[Match number 22 :- Cameron [Number 888] vs Cecilia [Number 889]. Battlefield number 7]

[Match number 23 :- Barry [Number 787] vs Jackson [Number 100]. Battlefield number 8]

After 5 minutes matches was announced. There was 11 stadium with 10 being very small compared to the main stadium where almost 70 to 80 percent of the crowd was sitting. To make things faster, this year the Kanto League Association decided to build 10 stadium around the main stadium.
In this round, each 10 small stadium would have 9 matches according to the ascending number. While the main stadium would have 10 matches following the same patterns.

Cynthia was having the first match in the main stadium while other trainers who had the same battlefield number would wait for her to finish and fight according to the ascending match number.
