Chapter 103 - Indigo League; Meeting Oak

"Luna why didn't you tell your father about the truth? Now if he meets my parents then I fear that your father might talk about engagement related stuff with him." Luna bit her lips with an guilty look.

"I will explain things to my father and clear up the misunderstanding. But I hope we still can be friends." Luna didn't wanted to make a distance between them.

Itsuki sighed in relief. "Thank you Luna for understanding. As for being my friend, we won't talk about it unless you pay me the money I own you." After saying that Itsuki just walkes away as he had a match to fight.

Luna pouted and angrily looked at Itsuki. "You idiot, I already have paid you back. But you don't know about it." Luna had bought 50 million worth stocks in Itsuki's name.

Luna went back to the room to explain their relationship. Luna and her father had grown closer after one month. Luna was sure that her father would understand and would not get angry in any way.

While Itsuki saw that the 6th match had officially ended. Now another 5 minutes break was taking place. During this break, all the damage done to the battlefield during the battle was being repaired by using ground Pokémon.

"It's finally my turn." Itsuki was little nervous about all this. Because this round is where the real Indigo League starts for him. This round was going to give him a fierce challenge.

Itsuki sat down and tried to calm his nervous self. Itsuki might appear calm in front of everyone but he was little nervous as this his first time. Itsuki was participating in hjs dream league. He didn't wished to be eliminated in this round. If he did then all the 2 and half months of running and training would lose its value.

The negative thoughts constantly kept disturbing Itsuki, making him nervous.

"Hello Mr Itsuki!" All of Itsuki's nervousness suddenly vanished in thin air when he heard the familiar voice that made his blood boil in anger.

Itsuki slowly turned his head and as expected it was that man standing behind him.

Itsuki stood up and looked at Oak. Oak noticed the huge change in Itsuki. Before Itsuki would never give him such look because Itsuki respected that man too much.

But after that incident, Itsuki now looked like a different man. He looked more fierce and wild. There was something mysterious about this young man that made Oak feel overwhelmed. Oak couldn't read Itsuki's face as his face had turned cold as ice.

To be honest, till now Oak didn't consider Itsuki as someone who could threat his rule. Itsuki was a insignificant character that Oak could kill any time.

"Itsuki you have changed." Oak felt little regret since if it wasn't for his grandson then he would still have Itsuki under his control.

Oak still maintained his gentle expression but under beneath his eyes were full of disdain and ridicule. "It's a shame that you decided to not become my dog. If you had I could have given you strong Pokémon and easily made you win this League."

The coldness in Itsuki's increased further. It was taking Itsuki his best to keep himself under control and not attack Oak.

"I don't lower my head to anyone. I don't need to become your dog to win the Indigo League. I will win this League on my own. I don't know what did you to make Gary and Ash Pokémon level so quickly, but remember this I am going to destroy your grandsons."

Oak expression didn't changed even for a second. Oak put his hands in his pockets and shrugged his shoulders.

"Remember I told you that your Zeraora didn't had potential. For her stepping into 5th order would take decades if not multiple decades of training. I don't know what method you used to get his Zeraora to his level but she cannot win against my grandsons. If you have forced your Pokémon to level up by some scientific way, then she should break down in few years of time."

Oak wrongly assumed that Itsuki had found a scientific way of forcefully pushing Zeraora's level. Oak thinks that Zeraora would get sick or even die because of it in few years.

Itsuki didn't correct Oak since he had no intention of showing his hidden cards to Oak.

"Also remember even if you find someone or certain group to back you up, you won't able to do any shit against me. Because in the Kanto region I am the supreme."

Itsuki clenched his fists in anger. Itsuki would have killed Oak a long time ago. The only thing saving his life as Red and Blue who still hasn't shown up even after an entire decade.

Many thinks that Red and Blue had died in their journey. Many thinks that Red and Blue was just training in isolation place to reach the next level.

To Itsuki Red and Blue were just simply God like strong beings. Itsuki didn't wanted to lose his family in the hands of Red and Blue. So Itsuki prevented himself from killing Oak as he didn't couldn't afford to offend Red and Blue.

Oak also stopped smiling as he also knew what stopped Itsuki from killing him."My miss my sons." Red and Blue mysteriously disappeared when Ash and Gary came to his world.

Everyone thought that Red and Blue had died but Oak spread rumors and even deliberately showed signs to show the world that Red and Blue are still alive.

Oak constantly has been working on his mission to find Red and Blue. Because even Oak is not sure how long he can keep the disappearances of Red and Blue a secret. That's why Oak was searching for a new dog that could fill the Kanto champion position. Because Oak felt his power would decline if he didn't get the new Pokémon Champion under his control. It was only thanks to Oak's various schemes that the seat of Kanto Champion had remained vacated for an entire decade.

_Itsuki from Kalos Region vs Suzune from Orange Island] Rui and Kagami looked at each other in shock. They didn't expect Itsuki to change his nationality.

From the southern entrance, Suzune slowly walked down the entrance. The people started to cheer for Suzune as she was a beauty that wouldn't lose to Cynthia.

[This year, Suzune is the only participant from Orange island to reach this far. The people of Orange Island are holding lots of hope and expectations in Suzune. In the history of Indigo League, the Orange Island has never won the Indigo League. So the question is will Suzune would able to advance and capture the championship.]

After Suzune arrived at the battlefield, the camera then focused on the northern entrance from where Itsuki is supposed to came. But 1 minutes passed

2 minutes

3 minutes passed but Itsuki never came. Seeing this Serena, Luna, Cynthia, Sabrina, Rui, Kagami, Grace all became worried.

[I guess participant number 1000 have some problem. If Itsuki doesn't cames within 2 more minutes then Itsuki will be disqualified and Suzune would win the match and get 10 points.]

Suzune narrowed her eyes. Suzune didn't wished to win this match this way. She wanted a proper fight with Itsuki and finish their unfinished match that they had started at the forest of Saffron city.

"Where is Itsuki?" Kagami and Rui worried looked at the northern entrance. Both of them didn't wished to see Itsuki lose in such way.

"Itsuki had left at the starting of the 6th match." Serena nervously held her hands together and prayed to Arceus.

"Dad, can you please look for Itsuki?" Opposite to what she said to Itsuki, Luna actually wanted him to win.

Even the fans were worried about Itsuki. Although so far Itsuki's battles were very small, his battles had managed to impress many people and his handsome face had got him many audiences to become his fans.

[Only less than 40 seconds left.]

All the fans and supporters of Itsuki prayed, wished and hoped that Itsuki would to came.

[Only 10 seconds left.]

Only 10 seconds were left, everyone were at their edges of their seats.

[5, 4, 3, 2, 1, Time's up.]

But the crowd suddenly broke into loud cheer.

[ Itsuki has been...Jerry look carefully ] The commentators, the crowd, gym leaders, audiences, Serena, Cynthia, Luna, Suzune, Sabrina and Itsuki's parents all cheered when they saw the familiar figure of a young man walking down the entrance.

The whole stadium broke into thunderous cheers. Cheers that were so loud that the entire empty Saffron city could hear it.

"The idiot was making us worry for no reason." Luna felt a weight has been lifted from her body. Not just Luna all the other girls also felt the same.
