I'm Here!

Lancer dashed through the trees quickly, he needed to get there as fast as possible since it was an emergency. He also saw what was happening when he took a glance at Bing Qiling's screen, it wasn't pleasant.

Lancer was surprised since the location of the red mark was near him but he was still in the forest. In the distance, he saw the exit and several walls.

He was about to step out of the forest when he suddenly heard something zipping through the air. Looking up, he saw a figure with arrows strapped on his hip and using a bow.

'He didn't notice me?'

Lancer took this chance to decide what to do, if he tried to get up there, that would definitely alert the Archer. A move appeared in Lancer's mind, it was the move he saw Bing Qiling perform.

But even with just that, he wouldn't be able to climb the tree.

Lancer scanned his surroundings as he heard another zip through the air, he noticed that the trees weren't far apart from each other. There were also enough leaves to hide him when he was in the air.

Suddenly, an idea popped in his head. What if he used Quick Step on the tree? He would change the name and what it was used for by a little bit.

"Hmm, I call this the Climbing Quick Steps."

Unknown to Li Xin, this move had already been created.

Li Xin pressed the keys Bing Qiling did. Pressing W once, then the Space Bar, then pressing W twice. Everything was performed at a high speed.

His character was suddenly moving quicker and its movements were different than before. Without wasting any time, Li Xin climbed the tree while making zig-zags to run on the trees.

With the final jump, Lancer was now hovering through the air and directly going towards the Archer. Now that he was in the air, he could finally see the Archer's name clearly.

"SharpEye, eh? Looks like you'll be meeting your end."

It was too late when SharpEye finally noticed the sound of something moving through the air. He tried to quickly shoot arrows at the incoming figure but he missed horribly.

With a quick jab, Lancer pierced through SharpEye's body and forced him off of the tree branch. And just like that, Lancer had killed another opponent.

Li Xin didn't even have time to celebrate his victory when he saw what happened to his other two teammates.

They were killed

Li Xin took a glance to his right and saw that Bing Qiling was gone, but Ru Shi stayed. Now, it was a three against three. Li Xin couldn't say they were at a disadvantage since there was still a Tank and a BattleMage left.

The match was still winnable, they didn't have that bad of a combination.

Li Xin used Quick Step again to quickly get to the Tank that was from the other team. If he killed him, then they would have an even greater chance of winning.

When Lancer finally arrived within the walls, he couldn't spot their tank anywhere. Lancer doubted he escaped since he would've seen it if the Tank did escape.

"So, he's going to sneak attack me huh?" Lancer muttered. "That's surprising coming from a Tank."

"Who said anything about a sneak attack?!"

Lancer quickly turned around to see a huge fist swinging towards him. He quickly rolled to the side to avoid the fist and hide behind a wall.

"Tsk."

Before Lancer stayed behind the wall and longer, he dashed towards the Tank with his spear in his hind. He kept a distance from the tank and he could comfortably do that since he killed their Archer.

Lancer took a quick glance to see where the tank was. However, when he wasn't there, Lancer frowned.

"INCOMING!"

Lancer glanced up, he couldn't believe what he was seeing. ThyWhoProtect was coming down at him with huge fists. However, Lancer didn't move out of the way.

He prepared the attack he learned from watching Dong Hai play. It was a move that was purposely meant for countering people that were attacking you from above.

"You meet your end!" ThyWhoProtect shouted from above.

Lancer looked up and smiled at ThyWhoProtect.

"Is it my end or your end?" Lancer questioned as he readied his spear and crouched.

Once ThyWhoProtect was within range, he jumped as high as he could and started spinning.

ThyWhoProtect suddenly wanted to move out of the way, but he couldn't. The attack he performed didn't allow him to move mid air since all of his strength was directed towards his fist. He didn't expect someone who was Rank D to be able to counter his attack.

Lancer threw his spear upwards, and when he did, he couldn't believe what he was seeing. The spear was now followed by a golden dragon.

When it struck ThyWhoProtect, his figure instantly disappeared, there wasn't even enough time for him to say any last words.

When Li Xin's character landed back on the ground, Li Xin leaned back into his chair amazed at himself. He couldn't believe he pulled it off on the first try.

Li Xin silently thanked Dong Hai for always watching videos about Pure Aim. When he was bothered, he would sometimes watch along without Dong Hai knowing.

Dong Hai who was also spectating couldn't believe what he saw. Li Xin had performed the move he used to learn and it was now his signature move!

He couldn't help but gaze at Li Xin in awe and feel proud. After all, he had a feeling Li Xin paid attention to some of the videos he's watched and did not completely ignore it.

"Brother Li, you're amazing."

Li Xin also glanced at his teammates who were smiling at him. He gained a huge amount of confidence, he felt like he could carry his team to victory just like he did in SpaceCraft 2.

But he didn't know that things would turn out this way.
