Chapter 6. Running away. FIGURED ESCAPE PLAN.
Meredith was so annoyed and furious, she could feel her anger growing day by day. How dare he do that? Meredith pout and used her leg to hit the bed stand, she felt the pain immediately she hit her leg on it, meredith threw the pillows off the bed to different directions, threw the soak quilt off the bed struggling with it as if she wanted to shred it into little pieces, when she couldn't she gave up falling flat on the bed tearing trailing slowly down her tomato red cheeks. A thought flooded her mind immediately.
What if she runs away from him, and fly to califonia, change her identity and begin a new life? Meredith asked herself now feeling like a genius. Oh my God, why didn't I think of this? Stupid, stupid, stupid me, meredith bomped her head gently. Am so proud of you baby, meredith hugged herself feeling warmth by her own embrace. So....what's next? Meredith asked sitting ontop her legs on the bed, uhhh, I think I need someone in the inside, to get my stuffs, my visa, my passport and my travel documents. Who do I call? Lily, she is my only life saver, she knows where I keep my stuffs. Meredith snapped. I love you right now Lillian. meredith whispered falling flat spreading her hands and legs all over the soft bouncy bed.
Lillian and Mal was packing meredith stuffs into boxes, a call came across her telephone, Lillian went for it, while Mal continued with the packing. Hello, Lillian said, meredith wanted to make sure it was Lillian before she speaks. Hello, Lillian mugged. Lily? Miss meredith? Lillian whispered looking at Mal's direction. Yea, it's me Lillian, I want you to do something For me please, meredith pleaded. What's it Miss? Lillian asked curious. I want you to sneak out and bring my travel documents and other documents to the address I we send to your phone, call me when you are here, okay? .meredith said expecting a yes Miss. Okay Miss, Lillian assured. Thank you so much Lillian, this means a lot, no one should get to know about this Lillian, I want you to run away as well, I we come for you once everything is settled. Meredith pout confidently.
I we Miss, please take care of yourself Miss meredith. Lillian said wiping her fallen tears, you too Lillian. Meredith hanged up. Mal stared at Lillian's back. What was that on the phone? Mal asked kinda suspicious. It was a wrong number, Lillian wiped her tears before resuming her work.
Alec was working on his laptop in his room without the slightest knowledge of meredith's plan. All do he decided to put a tracking device on her body tomorrow, he knew she would want to walk away from him, so he got it all figured out.
Meredith took a warm long bath, smiling to herself, she arranged a little box of clothes and shoes, meredith remember she kept a large sum of money in her travel documents that we be enough for her in the mean time she thought. Meredith went to bed with a very large smile plastered on her face.
NEXT MORNING ......
Meredith woke up early, new stylist elegant dinner dresses were sent to meredith's room for the dinner, high heels and amazing designers purses that matched each dress and shoes were laid down on her bed to choose from. Meredith smiled widely at the dress on the bed but genuinely to herself for her escape route already figured out before time. Eve, Marian, Gloria, Laura and Benny her maids came to Bath her for breakfast before Alec comes downstairs.
Her smile was radiant and exclusive, Alec wondered why she was smiling so much he knew immediately that meredith's smile was too good to be true, she wasn't really happy, maybe something came up, Alec whispered to himself studying and gauging her behaviour. That made him want to put the tracking device on her because he doesn't trust her smile one bit. Infant she was so difficult to handle, and a thorn on his flesh, she doesn't just give up easy, Alec kept that about her already.
You look so happy, you're smiling so much today, and that makes me wonder why you are smiling so radiantly. Alec whispered to her hearing while they were eating quietly. Keep wondering Mr, meredith whispered to herself. What? Alec asked trying to know what she just whispered to herself. Meredith smiled widely at him, eating quietly afterwards.
If I were you I we stop wondering and let it be, meredith said with finality in her tone. Alec smirked, he could swear she was up to something, she was hashing something big, he was more than happy to skush it into million pieces. Let say I let it be already. Alec replied staring deeply at her eyes, meredith broke the gaze and smiled to his reply kind of feeling already defeated.
Alec returned home early before 6pm, Meredith was already getting dressed, as soon as her make up was done a call came across her phone, she knew it was lily, she took her phone wearing a bath robe and a towel covering her hair. You're here Lillian? Meredith asked smiling extravagantly. Yes Miss, Lillian said standing outside the gate. Alec stared at the front yard camera footage it was a slave girl and his begotten wife meredith. Alec watched then in the camera.
Thank you Lillian, meredith pulled her in for a warm hug. I don't want you to go back there, meredith opened her document suit case and gave Lillian a bundle of dollars for up keeps. Keep this, you're gonna need it, I we come for you once I have settled down, take this, I we call you when I need them, meredith said giving Lillian the boxes. Lillian walked away. Meredith went back inside climbing the stairs to her room Alec walked up to her.
What were you doing outside? Alec asked suspicious of her. You were watching me? Meredith asked. Yea, I saw you from the window, Alec lied. I.. I went to talk to uhh my maid Lillian, meredith tried to avoid Alec's eyes, she does that when she was lying trying to hide something. Alec knew she wasn't lying but he knew there was something more to their little discussion. Okay, go get dressed sweetie, Alec said kissing her cheeks walking away. If she was going to play a game, he was going to play it better and beat her in her own game.
Meredith went in to finish up while Alec got dressed and waited for her downstairs with a glass of wine and the tracking device pinned to his silver ring on his left hand.
Alec walked towards the stairs when he saw meredith walking down stairs, she was breath taking and gorgeous, Meredith couldn't help admiring Alec, he undo the first three buttons of his shirt, making him look so so sexy and smooking hot, his biceps and abs sharpened out of his shirt, it was very evident that he was well built. Alec took her hands and kissed it, meredith's smile didn't disappear, it was the same she wore when they were eating, something was definitely up with her. Meredith was trying to keep herself sane while he walked more closer to her. Alec walked over to her ear lobe holding her by the waist.
Don't try anything stupid, there we be harsh consequences, Alec sneered giving her a dangerous glare and a warning signal. Alec pierced the tracking device to her neck, meredith flinched a little, Alec looked at her and kissed her neck passionately where he trifled the device. Walked 3 steps away with meredith's hand entiwed with his.
Alec's words shook her entire being, she didn't want to think she we just give up without trying, so meredith keep the smile on, only she knew how she was struggling with herself. Her plan was full prove wasn't it? Meredith kept asking herself, so why was she feeling troubled that it wasn't gonna work out? Meredith was snapped out of her thoughts when the car stopped, Alec took her hand like she was a gem 💎 indeed she was. Alec's cousin Jacob couldn't get his eyes off the both of them especially meredith, he could see worries and she was acting weird. Their bodyguards waited outside the mansion.

And this must be Meredith, I've heard so much about you. Mom talks about you every single day, Jacob snapped. Meredith wondered if Alec was discussing with his mom about her. So sorry, bae, Alec said holding meredith firm. This is my cousin Jacob, Jacob this is meredith my financee, Alec smirked.
Wow, you've always had eyes for good things, I mean she is one of a kind, Jacob snapped, he took meredith's hand about to kiss it, Alec took her hand and kissed it instead. Excuse me baby, Alec sneered giving her ogle glance before leaving. Jacob noticed he couldn't help but smirk. Wow, I mean. I never knew my brother could be so romantic. Jacob said, he sure loves you. Jacob added. He sure does, Meredith replied faking a wide smile. Meredith was happy Alec left her with his cousin Jacob. She quickly texted Lillian. Her flight was in 1 hour, she was so happy she hasn't meant Alec's mom if not she wouldn't be able to leave, so it was all in her favour. So how long have you too been together?Jacob asked showing Meredith around.
Hmmm, could you please show me to the rest room? Meredith shot him off his question before he could even land, if she doesn't leave now she might never be able to leave again she told herself. Okay, it's this way, Jacob said showing her the way to the rest room, as soon as meredith was sure he left, she quickly washed off her makeup and walked out through the back door, she knew mansions like this one always have back doors, she took off her shoes and kept them in the grass near the water fountain, she sathered her hair all over her face and prayed her body guards doesn't recognise her. She wondered why Alec hire so many body guards, it was not as if her life was in danger or something so why does he hire bodyguards and maids too, she has 10 of them, she could wash herself, and dress herself but she gets help from 10 maids.
Meredith tore most part of her dress and removed the design of the dress so that no one we suspect her dress. Meredith walked pass her bodyguards, as she was about to walk away one of them called out to her. Hey miss where are you going? He asked, that was Sanjay the leader of the gang of bodyguards. To get groceries, Meredith changed her voice and walked away, Sanjit suspected something about her but he just couldn't pin point it.
Meredith called Lillian when she was very far away from the Eleanor's mansion. Meredith changed into a blue bogus Jean and a crop top, she combed her hair and let it flow to her ass. Lillian followed Meredith to the airport. At exactly 7: 30pm the plane was about to take off. We will keep in touch from time to time Lillian, I we come for you. Meredith snapped.
Lillian knew what Meredith was trying to do was wrong, she just didn't want to discourage her or break her heart, but still he wanted to see her try. Okay bye miss Meredith. No, no lily, please call me Meredith, you are just like my sister, I really see you as a sister I didn't have, Meredith explained. The plane took off. Meredith smiled thinking it was goodbye to Los Angeles. Where is my financee? Alec asked Jacob who was starting back at him. She told me to show her to the rest room that was the last time I saw her, Jacob replied concerned about the current situation.
Alec you are here already my baby boy, Mrs bells smirked and kissed 💋 Alec's cheeks passionately like a little baby boy, Mrs bells was so fund of doing that, she treats Alec like he is a 10 years old. Where is my daughter ~in ~law? Mrs Bells asked when he didn't find Meredith with Alec. She was here a while ago mother, but she's no where to be found Jacob said before Alec could cover himself up. Where is Merri? Alec answer me, Mrs Bells was consistent and persistent. Hmm, she had to leave Alec said looking for a better explanation. Go where, she couldn't even wait to see me and your dad before leaving. Mrs bells replied annoyed.
Oh mom, don't be anger with your baby boy, I was the one who asked her to leave since she was called upon in work. Alec lied as he acted like a baby boy to please his mom. Please forgive me, I would have asked her to wait and meet the family first, forgive me mom. Alec's dad walked in.
You have more than enough money to last your entire generation, why does she have to get stained? Mrs Bells asked. My financee is stubborn, she is gonna submit her resignation letter before her wedding, I too don't want a tired bride. Alec snapped. She better does, she is too beautiful to work for others, she should work for only you, you know what I mean my baby boy? Mrs Bells smirked. She is suppose to be here, to think I had to prepare everything myself for her not to be present 🎁. Mrs bells walked passed her husband kinda angry.
Jade hit Bells on her shoulder lovingly. Hey don't touch me, your sons are here and you're behaving like a crazy man. They all laughed. Am sorry ma, Alec said, deep down Alec was fuming with rage and anger, she was gonna bare the consequences harshly. Come son let's talk business, Jade showed Alec to a large sofa, white and gold covered the chair. Can we do this next time dad? I have work to do, please dad, Alec pleaded.
You no longer have time for family again, work first and now your beautiful financee, you can't even get your eyes off her. Jade explained, he never that was why he was leaving. Okay dad, I we leave now. Alec replied growing impatient. I couldn't get to meet my daughter~in~ law. Jade pouted. You would meet her dad, I we bring her over, you can tie her down with yourself and mom Alec said. Please tell mom am leaving dad.
Alec was about to leave when suddenly his mom came out of no where. You were leaving without saying bye to your dear mom? Mrs Bells asked sneaking. Am so sorry mom, I was in a hurry, Alec apologise. At least you would have say something to your mom before leaving. Mrs Bells smirked angrily. Am sorry, am in haste, Alec said, Alec kissed his mom on her cheeks, Mrs Bells kissed his cheeks thrice before sending him off. Bye my baby boy. Mrs Bells said, Tell your finacee to please call me. Okay mom. Alec replied walking away in haste, his bodyguards coupled with Meredith's bodyguards followed him.
Sometimes I wonder if Alec is your husband, Jade smirked, you don't kiss me the way you kiss his cheeks, Bella, Alec is now a grown up, he's getting married very soon, Jade explained. Alec and Jacob we remain my babies, I we still kiss their cheeks even if they are married, Bell simper. Jacob walked passed Mrs bells and Jade.
Mom am off to do some job, Jacob said also in haste. You boys are now always in a haste, son, tell me are you going to her? Is there someone you are eyeing? Mrs Bells asked walking towards Jacob. No mom, dad please🤗 tell mom to stop teasing me like this, Jacob smirked. Are you seriously hiding someone from us son? Jade asked, he knew his sons well.
No dad, I have work. Jacob lied. You too, that was what Alec said, you are chasing a woman, am I right? Jade asking scrunching Jacob behaviour. That's not true dad. Jacob assured. Mrs Bells kissed Jacob's cheeks thrice. Bye my baby boy, Mrs Belks waved him, Jacob did the same. Take care my son, Jade replied. Bye dad. Jacob said walking away. Could we please go to out room now?
