Transplant

Tsunade stares at Michael with a twitching brow, unable to say a single thing at the situation she'd been presented with... He'd arrived at her hotel room with three bodies, requesting to cash in his favour to have her transplant their eyes.

Their Hidden Leaf headbands almost had her laughing at the irony of it all, with only the clear scratch-mark in one making it clear that things weren't as simple as they seemed.

"So, are you gonna honour our bet or no?" Michael asks.

"Let me just repeat to see if I understood you properly... You want me," she points at herself, "To swap one eye of the two Uchiha's here, one of which is currently dead, then you want me to take them out again afterwards?"

"Yeah, what's wrong with that?"

"And you know I am a Sannin of Konoha, and two of the people you brought are Konoha ninja..."

"Yeah..."

She rubs her forehead, "Shizune, am I being punked? Because it feels like Karma's hitting me all at once."

"With your luck it might be..."

"Look, are you gonna do it or not? I'll make a promise now that neither of the Uchiha will be harmed afterwards... Both will hopefully keep their eyes too." Michael adds.

"Unharmed!? This one's dead with a hole in his chest the size of my head!" she exclaims while wildly gesticulating at Itachi's corpse.

"He'll get better?"

"DO YOU WANT TO GET PUNCH-"

"Sensei!" Shizune exclaims, not wanting Tsunade the snot kicked out of her again.

"... Fine, Shizune, get my tools."

-----------------------------------------------

With Sasuke and Itachi's eyes swapped, both, including the corpse, unlock the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. Then Michael proceeded to have her take Itachi's eyes out once more.

"What now? Are you going to have me put these things into you?" she asks while swishing the jar containing the two eyes.

"Not yet..." Michael states before leaning next to Itachi's eyeless corpse. "Sacred Resurrection." he intones, utilising some of his divinity to activate Aqua's stolen spell.

*SHIIIIING!*

Light blinds the occupants of the room, Tsunade and Shizune barely restraining themselves from getting ready for combat due to the surprising phenomenon. After a minute or so, Itachi was revealed, chest fully healed and brand new eyes replacing the old.

"Huh... That took a lot more out of me than I thought it would." Michael mutters while wiping a bead of sweat from his forehead. Was it the recreation of the Sharingan or pulling Itachi's soul back from the 'Pure-World', or whatever they called this place's afterlife?

"WHAT WAS THAT!? YOU JUST RESURRECT A DEAD MAN!" Tsunade roars as she stands, astounded and horrified by the events.

"UUhhhnn..." Itachi groans as he begins to wake up.

*Thud!*

Michael slams his head down, keeping him asleep for a while longer before turning back to Tsunade, "Yeah, I can bring back the dead, big deal..."

"Don't you act casual now you little punk! You just performed a miracle and you expect me to ignore it!?"

He shrugs, "You've still got a job to do, isn't keeping your cool only professional?" he asks and inwardly snickers as he hears the grinding of her teeth.

"If I complete this for you, will you answer my questions?"

"Sure." offer Michael, after all it wasn't like he was agreeing to do anything.

She nods and proceeds to take out Itachi's newly grown eyes, once she displays them to Michael however he just stares at them... His Divinity had clearly had an effect on them judging by the peculiar connection he felt. He wasn't sure if they were more powerful now or not, but they were definitely different from Itachi's original eyes.

"Hey... You're doing it for all of us, right?" Megumin asks from the side of the room.

"I thought you said they'd be useless for you?" he retorts.

"That was before I saw how cool they were! Who wouldn't want a cool pair of magic eyes? I want my Crimson Demon eyes, Michael! You won't trick me out of it!" she exclaims.

...

"Fine, but you're going to make up all the effort I'm putting in." he replies. He blasts Itachi with healing flames but his eyes don't regenerate, meaning he needed to cast Sacred Resurrect to duplicate a pair...

He shakes his head and stabs Itachi in the chest with a kunai, he couldn't cast the spell on a live target after all.

Tsunade seemed to be too shocked to respond to his casual use of 'Ressurection Jutsu', and so continued the operation until they'd acquired three pairs of altered Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.

"Now, I want you to transplant those eyes into each of us." Michael orders the future Fifth Hokage.

"You are aware that transplanted Sharingan carry sever side-effects, right? Not only will they be a constant draw on your chakra, but anything you view from now on will be remembered permanently, regardless of how horrific or traumatic it may be." she explains.

Michael nods, "Ye-ep, Saeko's going first." he says, figuring her Werewolf physique would assist her recovery. He'd help with magic of course, but it was best to see how it'd work on her before anyone else.

Twenty minutes later and Saeko's eyes had been transplanted. Tsuande had covered them with a bandage to help her recovery, but a few heavy uses of Recovery Magic made her right as rain and looking around the room in fascination with her new eyes.

They glowed an ominous red, and their peculiarly shaped pupils span as if matching her own excitement.

"You feel any different?" Michael asks.

"Yeah... I feel like everything's going in slow motion, I'm not feeling any drain of my magic though... Nor do I know how to use the special abilities they apparently have."

"Well, they were created with magic and my divinity, so they probably operate under different rules..." he pauses, still feeling the bond between him and her new eyes, "Let me check something..." he says and pushes his mind towards the bond in a similar way he would with his Spirit's personal worlds.

"Woah, are you moving my eyes?" Saeko questions as her eyes flit around on their own.

"No... I'm seeing through them..." Michael mutters in both confusion and mild disorientation.
