Griphook"This is the pendragon lord ring" he says as he opens the smooth black box before handing it to james


"Not bad"james humors as he pulls out a intricately designed ring with a golden band carved with a namean lions head with blue diamond eyes and a ruby in its mouth ( il try and add a picture in the comments, but i based it off that stupidly exspensive gucci ring) the ring also has an engraving on the inside of the band which is Savoir Te(I tried doin old french like black house tojous pur but couldn't get it, so it ended up with regular french and since know thyself was too long i google translated seperatly then just shoved it together, so you get the motto of know you lol).


after inspecting the ring james puts the ring on his left index finger when he suddenly feels a warm feeling in his stomach and a loud roar shaking the foundations of his mind.


Griphook" No I did not hear anything my lord"


*Answer, the old rings for pendragon, le-fay, and emrys have protections on them to assure that the lord of the house is fit, however, this also helps strengthen your occlumency and due to Bobs interferance will give you **********

"I would like the emrys ring next" griphook once again opens another box before handing it to james. as james takes the ring to once again inspect it to see a sliver band the a dear head embeded on the front with a black diamond between the antlers.(no idea what the merlin house motto thing should be) Once again putting the ring on expecting a loud roar, only to be met with a eerily calming silence and a brief image of an unending rainbow of colors before going back to normal only now noticing connections to his magic core and soul.(the rainbow thing just think of DXD dimensional gap kinda thing)


'Weird, wonder what that thing is thats connected to me?'


Griphook"Yes my lord." He says repeating the same thing as before, this time to be met with a blue ring with a crow head and black diamond eyes,(still no idea for a motto) once again putting the ring on expecting another strange happening, however, only to be met with nothing happening to changing at all.


(Time skip, the timeskip is just skipping the rings, the vaults will be next chapter and only a couple of them to get some items. I can add interactions for putting on the other rings, but the black family, potter family, and peverell family, along with gryffindor and slytherin rings are just from what I can tell via google the family crest with their mottos beneath it, while gryffindor and slytherin houses are older: Le-Fay, Emrys, and Pendragon houses have both ancient magic and the belief of an unknown number in them, like godric doesn't have a whole widespread legend about him unlike the 3 houses, so via muggle and magical belief their house magic is stronger.)
