Metatron(M)"Its good to see everyones gathered here, for those who don't know.
I am a First Class High-King, Lord of house Metatron, the Minister of Magic and regent appointed by Lord Kapral"

(If your wondering why I gave him so many titles and powers, its because its easier for me, Just think that he was the first to migrate to the new world, so got a House as reward, was voted as the minister of Magic, and then given regent status by James before he left. James wives dont want to take any political position so they just are the ladies of their houses, as all assets are under House Kapral they don't need to manage anything, their houses just award them a seat they dont use.)

M"As for why I called this meeting today, I would like to propose a new house and award a title, while I don't need a vote to do this, I feel it should be left to the people to decide."

Arden(A)"Hello Lord Metatron, I had a question?"

M"Would you mind introducing yourself? Also go ahead and ask"

Arden"Apologies, I am a Second Class Duke, Lord of House Arden"

M"Ah, I see Lord Arden, please feel free to ask your question"

A"I wanted to inquire why you wish to award a title?"

M"I would actually like to award two titles, I would like to build stronger relationships with the other 2 major governing races on the planet given to us by Lord James"

A"I see, Lord Metatron, you have my full support for this"

M"Thank you, Lord Arden"

M"For those of you who don't know what im talking about, I wish to award a special First Class title upon the 2 other leaders currently in this world. I would like to award First Class Title Vis-Count to the Empress of the Elves and another First Class Title Vis-Count to the Goblin king, of course these titles wouldn't be hereditary by blood, but hereditary to the position. So the next Empress of the Elves and Goblin King would receive the title, not the current ones child"

Barclay"Good day Lord Metatron, I am Margrave Barclay, second class. I was curious why you chose Vis-Count, after all wouldn't Marquess be better?"

M"I chose Vis-Count because it awards them a small parcel of land, Marquess and higher titles award 5% of the annual income from a awarded city, however, Vis-Count gives them a piece of land that they can build. I specifically wanted this to increase the number of Elves and Goblins residing in our territory. It will further insure our continued good standing with eachother, after all, this world was created and gifted to all living beings, the elves, humans, and goblins being the major races. We have all been gifted with a secure government and alliance that sees our economies flourishing."

M"I feel they deserve at least this as the Elves gave us free resources to help us build up while the Lord protected our economy, and the Goblins have safeguarded everything and insure that no theft happens, of which the Lord gifted the goblins access to the inheritance system and gifted the Elves their own blessings, and we humans gained stronger magic and the knowledge that all our children will be born with the gift of magic, the Elves also taught the old and new healers more magic. The least we could do is this"

Barclay"I see, my lord. I agree with you"

M"Does everyone feel comfortable putting this to a vote, or would you like to hold off for another week?"

Metatron seeing the all but 4 hands up in agreement says
M"Seeing that the majority agree, I will start the vote"

As soon as metatron says that, a invisible screen appears infront of everyone with the options

As soon as everyone voted, their screens disappeared and a golden light appeared in the center of the room, transforming into a golden board with the option with the most votes highlighted

Seeing no response Metatron says
M"Seeing as no one wants to say anything, and I have nothing left, I hereby adjourn this meeting, have a great weekend everyone!"

Blue glows appear around everyone as the system teleports them out of the completely sealed session chamber
