-Side Chapter Pt.2 Chapter 2-

Back in the meeting room on wednesday, we can see a council of people facing 3 chairs set up on the stage of the meeting room (similar to a roman coliseum), on the middle chair we can see a 6"2 olive skinned man with silky smooth white hair cascading on his back, deep blue eyes with a golden pupil, and a slim athletic build, this being Metatron. To his right we can see a 6"5 wrinkly tanned goblin with slightly pointy large ears, deep brown eyes and a muscular bulky build(based off the Harry Crow Ragnok, since hes cooler), this goblin is Ragnok. To the left of Metatron, you can see a beautiful 5"7 women with smooth dark skin, vibrant green eyes, long silky black hair, and long pointy ears, She is the Elvish Empress, the Dark Elf Edelgard.

M"Welcome everyone, the Empress and King have agreed to meet here, and receive their titles, for that I thank you very much"

.

Edelgard(E)"No need to thank us, it is our pleasure to receive this title Minister, our Lord brought us all here, so we must keep close relations, after all none of us want to disappoint him"

Ragnarok"I agree with you Empress"

At Edelgards words everyone residing within the chamber all seemed to nod in agreement

M"I couldn't agree with you more, Which is why, I would like to give you both the title of Vis-Count first class, and a piece of land. My hope is for you both you create a village or city in that land to facilitate trade and relationships between all of us"

.

E"I think that is a wonderful Idea, we elves tend to have a low natural male population, as a majority of us were born by the Lord or the world tree he made. As a result the female population of elves tend to be wanting to look towards the goblins and humans as spouses, having a city within your land would surely help that and our interactions"

.

R"I will say, for the goblins, it tends to be the opposite. We have a higher natural male population and a lower female population, so my fellow goblins are keen on looking outside for a spouse as well"

.

M"We humans tend to not have such a issue, but plenty of our population would be open to the idea. With more interaction I see all of us intermingling a lot"

E"Since this is the case, I as the Empress of the Elves, am looking forward to this. I would also like to offer you the same title you are giving us, I would also like to inquire about setting up a way for those of our countries to easily live in whatever country they choose"

M"Thank you Empress, I would also like to set up a transportation system. I Also would like to set up a joint citizenship card if possible"

E"What do you have in mind?"

M"I was thinking that those born of any citizen of the Wizarding World(WW) would also gain citizenship, and anyone born from a Elven Citizen would gain citizenship to the Elven kingdom, so those born to both would be citizens of both. I would also like allow our citizens and your citizens to be able to live and gain citizenship in any of our countries by simply applying for it, with the only reason for rejection being a criminal status"

R"If you don't mind, I would like in on this too. I also would like to offer both the Empress and Minister the same title and privileges within goblin territory"

M"Of course you were always included Ragnarok"

.

E"I like the idea, and my title offer extends to you as well Ragnarok. How soon will we be able to set this up?"

M"With my position as Regent of the Lord, I can ask the system to set up a immigration system"

R"That sounds good"

E"Indeed it does"

M"Thank you all for agreeing, it will be a pleasure working with you all to insure our countries close relations. I also hereby grant Empress Edelgard, King Ragnarok. The authority and title Vis-Count along with the land promised to the title"

M"System, could you please set up a immigration system?"

*Notice. Yes Regent

As soon as the systems voice resounds out, a golden screen pops up in front of Ragnarok, Edelgard, and Metatron asking if they agree to the creation of the system as it affects all 3 countries. Quickly pressing yes the system responds

*Notice. Immigration System Created, Admin Powers have been granted to the Minister of Magic, Regent, Goblin King, and Elven Empress

M"Thank you system"

E"I would also like to award you Minister of Magic, and Goblin King, the Elven noble title of Vis-Count and its respective land and authority"

M"Thank you empress"

.

R"Thank you as well, I also would like to award you Elven Empress, and Minister of Magic the Goblin noble title of Vis-Count."

As soon as the status change takes place showing their titles, the room full of lords, ladies, elven and goblin guards, all cheer for the decision their leaders made

.

M"Thank you everyone for coming, I wish all of us happy prospects"

M"You both should start building as soon as you can, I the Minister of Magic award Empress Edelgard and King Ragnarok 50,000 Galleons a piece to help fund the building of their cities"

E/R"Thank you minister, you should also build your cities soon too, We would like to offer the minister 50% of the resources required to build his cities"

M"Thank you both"

World Voice(WV)"Notice, the lord has seen your actions"

Realizing the world voice was speaking, everyone grew tense wondering if they did something wrong

James(WV)"Hi everyone, Im glad to see you are all getting along, it makes me glad that you adapted so quickly and have not discriminated against the other races. I will let you know that other continents exist on this world with other races. All the other races are peaceful, however, please don't let that be a reason to discriminate against them in the future. Anyways for your good work I gift you a reward, anyways, goodbye. Mithril Mine- A mine filled with endless amounts of Mithril, Mithril is a strong magically conductive and resistant metal

Adamantite Mine- A mine filled with endless amounts of Adamantite, Adamantite is a almost indestructible metal, requiring a star forge to be used

Vibranium Mine- A mine filled with endless amounts of Vibranium, Vibranium is a strong metal able to hold and use kinetic energy

Emrys Journal- The journal of Merlin Emrys himself, most of his spells are contained inside

World Tree Fruit-A fruit made once every billion years by the world tree, the fruit is a crystalized apple which can be eaten, increasing the users nature affinity by 100%. The apple can also be used in a staff which is highly magically conductive and increases all nature magic used by 100% and all healing magic by 80%

.

Star Diamond-A diamond formed in the core of a star, the diamond witnessing the birth, life, and death of the star finally absorbed the entire star once it died. Any staff or weapon made with this will have all powers used with it increased by 90%, the diamond also contains the power and strength of a star, meaning it can be placed on a altar and have the power harnessed into a beam of heat with the strength of a star, it can be used to create a star forge.

WV"Notice. Lord James would like to see you continuing to work together, and hopes these gifts will be used together by all of you. The wizards providing Merlins runes, the Elves providing gifts wood, metal, and stone of the world tree, and the goblins using the diamond to forge things for all 3 countries. The ore mines apart are powerful, but when all 3 are used together, they become indestructible. The Lord Recommends taking a small portion of the apple and diamond and creating 3 staffs, the goblins containing a piece of the diamond, apple, and the runes. The Elves containing the rest of the apple, a piece of the diamond and runes. And the wizards containing a piece of the diamond and apple and the runes. The staff portion should be made of a combination of vibranium, adamantite, mithril, and world tree wood to achieve the best affect."

WV"Notice. Once the 3 staffs are created, the lord will give you another gift. The 3 staffs will be bound to the positions of Minister of Magic, Elven Empress, and Goblin King. They will not be passed down to anyone other than the inheritor of these 3 positions"

M"Good, that ensures that no one can abuse it. We can do the staffs if you want, or we can leave it for now, a lot has happened after all"
