Chapter 93: Camillia of mortality.

The door banged open and a man walked in. I was staring at him in near wonder. He was...familiar. For a moment, I wasn't sure what it was that struck me as so familiar. He was tall and dangerous looking, but as I looked at him, I noticed scars lining parts of his flesh across his features as if he was well-versed in fighting. His face was dark and serious.

It was when I noticed his other features that i realized what made him so familiar. His hair was short and blonde, curled up at the end. His eyes were grey to blue, strong cheekbones that were near mirror images of Stefan. Just that he was older and looked to be in his late forty.

This was Stefan's father, the man who had wanted to kill me. "You must have remembered me. I did you some good anyway. The vampire prince who had disturbed you all your life. Well, no one can hurt my boys and go free." He finished strongly, with his voice so powerful.

"Nice to meet you again Abbey. When I saw you, you were so small in your mother's arms. You don't look anything like her anyway."

"What are you talking about?." I asked. I didn't know that I could be speaking after seeing what I just saw.

"Come on, I need to show you something."

He walked towards me, cut off the chains and pulled me out of the chair. What does he want to show me?. This man is completely insane.

I was dragged into the cave, this cave was different from how I met it months ago. "I believe you've been here." He muttered and tugged me down the staircase, I was careful not to fall off as we walked.

The underground cave was so damn big, It contained a very big ship, like a spaceship and also there was a hole beneath. All I can see were green particles bumping up at intervals.

I looked around and my eyes settled on something different, on each side was what looked like slabs in multiple bindings in order to keep those it contained.

My eyes narrowed when I saw who they were.

Noami, Stefan and my mother. I was forced to run toward them but he grabbed me behind and held me back. His hands were so strong that I couldn't move an inch. Then I tried to use my powers. But they were gone.

My mother was awake but weak while the other two were unconscious. "Let go of me." I snapped at him, crying out as a wave of pain pulsed through me, he ignored me, shoving me towards a man who grabbed me and binded me like he did with others.

Even now, I started feeling his soul again. He was starting to wake up, and when I peered to my side, I could see Noami's eyes twitching, then when she opened her eyes, she looked surprised to find me beside her, then started struggling to move her arms.

"What is this nonsense?." She asked, when she got tired of pulling.

"Good. She's awake. I can now start my story." He stated..

She was holding me back, with her dark powers. The war has ended, people are free but there is one thing we must take care of.

My mother.

Aaron was alive but not yet out of consciousness. He is receiving treatment from the doctor. It was me, against my evil mother. My powers were nothing compared to her, she binded me down with her dark powers.

All I wanted to do was to break the pot.

I do not know what she was doing, turning and misting concoctions into a bowl. I've watched her for a while, then decided it was best I asked her.

"What are you doing?."

"I told you that I was going to kill them, didn't I?."

"Gerret thinks I don't know his plans to end us. I found a way to stop the eruption." She looked at me, "Just a few more minutes, hill town will be ours." She said, rather excitedly.

Her greed, that same spirit Wendy had that destroyed her life.

My eyes settled on Julia creeping into the room. She gave me a sign to continue talking in order to distract her, and then made herself invisible.

"Mom.." I started, she cut me off when she turned, the look on her face was that of fulfilment. She carefully placed the bowl on the table.

Just when I thought that Julia was about to break the pot, my mom turned to where the pot was, then came that piercing shrill from Julia.

Julia was pulled out of her invisible state as she came shaking vigorously on the floor. "Let her go," I screamed out in fear that she might end up killing her.

"Royals.." She spat, disgustedly looking at Julia.

"Let her go." This time, the words didn't come from me, Wendy was standing with the pot in her hands, glaring at mom.

"You dare not." She scoffed and said, "Watch and see.." Wendy spat out and raised it up, threw the pot on the floor. It came breaking into pieces.

"Noooo." Mom screamed and ran towards the pot. We watched her pick up the pieces in shock.

Dark smoke started creeping into her nostrils. Mom began shaking and wriggling on the floor until she went pale and dropped dead. I looked at Wendy, as tears rolled down my eyes.

"She's.. dead.." I whimpered...my voice cracked. Never in my life did I think that mom was going to die this easily.

I crawled towards her body and put my head to her heart, then confirmed that her heart wasn't beating.

"Stay with Juliana while I look for Stefan and the rest." Wendy calmly said and turned to leave.

"The bowl on the table can stop the eruption. Hurry up."

I was shocked, my throat dried up. If there was a way of looking at mother right now, I'd be communicating with my eyes.

His plans all along was to kill all supernatural creatures, to wipe them off. Bravo, rejecting his own mate, He captured Ann Minerva, used the Camilla of mortality to make her weak, raped her until she became pregnant and gave birth to the twins. He sent her away but during her long run, he searched to kill her. It was true that Cali told me that he was evil but I didn't know he was crazy...crazily evil.

"How do I come up with this?. And why do you hold us captive?." I don't find how this story was leading to his way of ending the supernatural world nor does it have anything to do with his explanations of how I came to be.
