Jin's thought greeted Delo with a menacing grin.

Jin mumbled as his eyes went over the small, if not attended, unnoticeable window tab at the very end of his vision.

[Wait wha...?]

Jin, who now stood some meters away from the van, glid his hand through the air sneakily and clicked on the [Exotic Class] option.

Because his dad's class was Exotic he hoped to find what he looked for within the option he chose.

And he quite did find what he was looking for.

Before his eyes, opened up an entire list which was comprised of millions of HEQs, but only some of them glowed.

[Oh!!]

"Yep, Just like I thought"

Jin saw his Dad's HEQ 'The Flame Berserker' as it was the one among the glowing ones.

"I had my doubts about it, but I guess I was right all along."

Jin grinned.

"Because the HEQ was named 'The Copy Phantom'... then it could only provide HEQs of people with whom I had come in contact. So yeah, it should be obvious why my Dad's HEQ is present here..."

[So you lied to your friends on the entire basis of a guess which could have been wrong?]

"Yep"

Jin chuckled as he clicked on the familiar HEQ.

[Are you sure? Do you want to equip the Exotic Class HEQ 'The Flame Berserker'?]

[Reminding the user that the secondary HEQ can be only changed after the time limit of 24 hours]

[Do you want to proceed?]

"Yes!"

Jin declared.

Just as he did, a countdown appeared before his eyes.

[The secondary HEQ will be automatically equipped once the countdown ends]

[The user can easily switch back to his original HEQ by saying or thinking 'Switch']

Jin nodded and thought of dispersing the window tabs before him and the tabs followed his thoughts, vanishing from his vision.

"Now let's wait for the countdown to end... it's just 30 seconds"

The countdown ticked gradually, and Jin, just like the countdown, slowly turned and began walking towards his friends.

As he pushed through the crowd and reached the SubWay Van, Jin's right eyebrow perched as he saw the scene in front of him transpire.

A well built man, who stood some centimeters taller than Jin, equipped with a brown hooded cloak yanked the sandwich from Jonathan's hand and stuffed it into his mouth.

"Man... That tastes good..."

He said and turned towards Toby who held another sandwich in his hands.

With a quick grab, The man got a grip on the sandwich and brandished it within his hold.

"I'm so hungry..."

With a groan, he stuffed it into his mouth just like before.

"HEY!"

"HEY!"

Jonathan and Toby shouted unanimously at the man before them and heaved their fists at him in full power, together.

*Thud*

The tall man before them held their fists within the palm of his hands. He was completely unharmed.

Both of them, Jonathan and Toby, looked at the man in sync and surprise.

He was yawning. The man tilted his head a bit towards the sky. Just as he did, the evening sun hit his face, revealing his features.

Just as they saw his face, both of them trembled in fear.

His eyes were very sharp and crimson. The two stunning eyes of the man before them seemed to carry immense pressure and experience behind them.

The muscular man's red hair resembled the burning desire of the fire element, that held up the idiosyncrasy of devouring everything in its way.

A thick streak of red fiery hair fell over his right eyebrow which encompassed a piercing made out of adamantium.

His falling hair stopped right on top of his vision. The rest were slicked back to his head in a trendy manner.

His facial details were quite handsome, his eyebrows were sharp and striking, and a very thin horizontal scar ran its design past his nose bridge. His bottom lip possessed an adamantium piercing on its edge on the left.

His face was pretty young, young enough that it ascertained his age to be around the range of early to mid twenties.

Just from the aura he radiated, it was ascertained to the teenagers that he was not a person to whom they could stand up with their current strength.

There was no doubt to the identity of the man before them.

It was William Watts.

He had finally arrived at City Bountress.

"Weak...Meh..."

William yawned as he twisted the fists he locked within his palms.

Toby and Jonathan grimaced in pain and writhed in agony as William chuckled, holding their arms and twisting them to their painful sides.

William chuckled and grinned as his eyes trained themselves on a leg that came crashing down on his skull.

Jin's blue eyes dwindled with fury as he landed an ax kick on the mysterious assaulter.

*Crack*

*BOOM*

A sickening crunch echoed as William's legs tore away from the ground and his upper body twisted as his head got pummeled deep into the dirt ground.

William's body stayed inanimate on the ground, his head was planted into the ground.

Both Toby and Jonathan gasped as they exchanged looks with each other. Their eyes darted from Jin posing and then to the fallen man.

The crowd around them went still as they witnessed the incident before their eyes. Within a second, murmurs had begun emerging from the crowd.

"Let's Go... Toby!, Jonathan!"

Jin said as he walked towards the way they arrived at the market.

This time, he didn't have to maneuver and push his way through the crowd. Instead, this time, the crowd themselves made way for him and his friends to pass through.

[Damn brat, that was sick!!. But I felt something friendly from him]

Delo spoke.

"Hm... I don't know what you are saying, but we've got to get out of here..."

[Wait, why??.]

"I am not sure, but since the moment I got 'The Phantom's Eyes', I somehow can judge how strong a person is, and..."

[And?]

"And that man... he's very very very strong... There's no way I can face him as I am now, but..."

Jin said as he gestured his friends yet again to follow him.

The red head who found himself astounded and the blue head who was appalled after the shock they just received, jumped from the ground and hurried behind Jin.

"But there's no time to examine my Mana stat... So I'll let it take its time... Right now, the only thing I've got to build is the distance between him and us"

Jin's eyes narrowed as his lips pressed against each other. He thought about what he had just heard and walked up the lane.

He aimed to reach the bus stop which was just about 150 meters away from him.

Toby and Jonathan, who were still appalled at what they saw, were right behind his tail.

"Five seconds..."

He repeated, biting his lips. Jin, for the umpteenth time that day, felt worried.

"Anything could happen within these seconds"
