[SHIT!! BRAT!! LOOK OUT!!]

*BOOM*

*BANG*

.....

Jin's body flew to the side and crashed into a building as an invisible entity crashed into his side.

Toby and Jonathan shot their eyes wide as they rushed into the crashed building after two seconds' worth of stun.

They beheld shock within their eyes as they watched what had occurred.

The building walls were completely smashed apart and the evidence asserted that someone went through all of them.

It wasn't late when the duo detected Jin slowly stand after breaking past all of the walls in the entire edifice.

They rushed towards Jin, who now stood on the alleyway situated behind the broken building. Under him was the remaining debris of the broken walls of cement and concrete, through which iron cables stuck out.

"I'm okay"

Jin said as he straightened himself to his legs. He seemed to be leaning to his left.

"You guys should run!!. Just run away from here please"

Jin seemed to beg as a window tab opened before him.

[System cooldown is over]

"What?"

Toby could only throw an astounded 'what?' at him just as Jonathan stepped between them.

"What do you mean Jin??. I don't know what's happening, but we will stay by your side!!. Just... explain it to us later"

He said as he patted his friend's shoulder, removing the dust stuck on his torn shirt.

"Guys, aargh, please, It's for your good, please run away right now!!"

Jin begged yet again, he let out a shrill scream which was quelled at the same time as he tried to shift his weight onto his right leg.

Hearing Jin trying to squelch his painful scream, It was Jonathan who realized something serious had come to pass first.

He ran his eyes through Jin's bruised body and when it finally reached his legs, Jonathan's eyes widened as he discerned what had happened.

"Jin... Your leg is broken!. Don't try to stand, lay down!"

Jonathan helped Jin balance as he hurriedly got under his arm and balanced his blonde friend's broken side with his shoulders.

Jonathan gestured to slowly kneel so that he could help Jin sit, his eyes were focused on the ground below, tracking for broken pieces of cement which could cause trouble, but Jin on the other side didn't budge from his place.

Jonathan, who perched his eyebrows, looked back at Jin.

His face... particularly his bright sky blue eyes were so sharp that it seemed as if they were right out of a movie scene that involved a process where the main character had to maintain absolute concentration on his adversary's movement before him.

"Jin?"

Jonathan muttered, looking at his face and then back at the shattered building walls in front of the trio.

"Hushhh"

Toby hushed Jonathan as he motioned his fingers to his lips.

"Don't interrupt him, Joe... We have someone other than us here..."

Toby slowly muttered as he trained his eyes at the destruction before him.

His eyes caught the debris slowly moving and someone's feet, someone invisible crunching on the broken chunks of cement and trying to maneuver his way through the fallen pieces of mortar.

"Oh, shit..."

Jonathan gulped.

How could he forget about the assailant??. He was too concentrated on the well being of Jin that he entirely ignored the existence of the assaulter who had just caused one of Jin's strong legs to break.

"You look after Jin, I'll cover our right..."

Toby said as he collected fallen pieces of cement he could throw.

"Joe..."

Jin eventually began to speak. Jonathan's ears twitched as he heard his friend speak. Jonathan had started to listen.

But...

Even though Jin broke the silence and he just uttered something, Jin's eyes were still fixed on something... or someone who was evidently, a threat to them.

"On my count of 3..."

He slowly muttered to Jonathan who was right beside him under his arm.

"Hold my right leg with just enough strength that I can balance myself and move it at the same time..."

Jin said.

'What are you planning to do Jin?'

Jonathan thought as he contemplated what he had heard Jin say.

"Wha.."

Jonathan expected to revamp his thoughts into words...

"Joe..."

And he had just begun to do that when Jin interrupted.

"Help me out Okay?"

Jin turned his head towards him as he said it with the friendliest smile Jonathan had ever seen from him.

Their eyes met and Jonathan was fueled when he found Jin's irises burning with fervor.

"As you wish bro"

Jonathan nodded as he cracked the most nervous smile he had ever executed.

He bent on his knees and waited for the signal.

And just as he was, the counting began.

"One..."

Jin mumbled, breathing slowly.

"Two..."

"I'm ready"

Jonathan puffed.

"THREE!!"

Jonathan, just as he heard his friend's roar, gently held his broken leg in such a way that he made sure that Jin could move it but at the same time balance himself.

*THWACK*

Jin, with all his might, stiffened his broken leg and rotated his entire body along with his broken right leg.

He bit his lips and heaved his left leg, all while withstanding the excruciating pain which his broken bones dealt him.

Within a breath, Jin had executed an exploding spinning roundhouse kick at an invisible entity that was on his direct left.

Not only that, he had even managed his kick to come into perfect contact with the being.

It seemed as if he knew where the assailant was.

"AARGH..."

Jin grunted with pain as he fell on his knees. Of course, Jonathan helped him settle down.

A body emerged in midair as it got blasted back into the floor due to the heavy kick impact. The recoil vibrated through the floor just as the body plopped to the ground.

"You FUCKER!"

Toby for a quick measure threw the cement blocks he held in his hands.

All of them crashed into the inanimate body In the ground and crumbled to dust on impact after leaving small grazes on the mysterious person.

"Let's get out of here before he wakes up"

Jin grunted as he took help from Jonathan to stand straight.

"Nice idea... We'll inform the Hunters Office quick..."

Jonathan nodded as he supported Jin. Toby reached to Jin's other side and helped him from his right.

They had just commenced walking towards the alleyway exit when a chilling, raspy voice found their attention.

"So you did know where I was huh?"

The voice found the trio from behind.

They turned to meet the fallen man rise on his feet. The man who stood before them was unscathed. The man's feature was weird. Half of his face, starting from his jaw till the bridge of his nose was covered with a metal face mask. Two thin streaks of grey hair fell on his face.

Of course, Jin was able to sense his presence thanks to his exclusive skill, 'The Phantom's Eyes'

"Well, why am I not surprised?... What else can I expect??..."

The detractor paused as he chuckled.

"What else can I expect from the great... Zerek Wrack's son? Hehe..."
