After his initial failure as a secret service agent, when he was unable to capture the Lord of Lords in Caracas, Zacharias Sanchez was assigned to the regions of Arizona and New Mexico during the Second World War, ... His investigative career was abruptly interrupted when he was accused of the murder of actress Noa de Haro and her fiancé Bradley Willis in an obscure case that was never solved in Mohave Village.

  Since then, he has been living undercover as an independent free agent. A completely different branch of activity from his police career, until he decided to retire. 

That's when another kind of trouble began.

They decided they would sleep in the small dining area. 


 The CSI guys weren't finished and were going back and forth, taking anything of interest to the crime lab. 


Night came and they settled down to rest. There was nothing more to do and they spread out sleeping bags courtesy of the company. 


Henry Campbell, Madeleine Rhodes, Sergeant Ben Caster, Yorlett Hernandez and two state troopers from the Northern Territory Police who would provide physical security.

State Trooper ERIC ARDELL woke up first. He felt a noise by the door. It was as if she was being scratched. She berated herself for not staying outside. Maybe it was a hungry dingo. 


He picked up his Daniel Defense DDM4 PDW .300 and silently looked over at his partner Luke Dempsey, he was fast asleep. 


-- Good for nothing," --he whispered. Carefully he reached the door. He looked at the key in the lock. Squeezing his mouth he opened the lock.
