Let's Sleep Together

“Kids these days ah,” Levian’s grandfather muttered, shaking his head as he watched Sherry and Levian drive out of the hospital parking lot. He would have loved to have them around for a few more days, but alas, these lovebirds wanted to return to their nest. “They should have at least said goodbye to me before leaving.”

Just as he was sulking in his office, one of the hospital staff entered to collect the tea cups.

“The patient in ward 007 has left,” he instructed her, “get someone to clean it.”

“Yes, sir, but the thing is... there still seems to be someone inside,” the lady informed him.

“Someone inside?” the old man asked, raising an eyebrow.

“Yes, sir. I sent the staff earlier, but they came back saying there were still people inside the ward, and they appeared to be arguing.”

“Arguing?”

“Yes sir, but since these are VIP patients, no one dared to pry further,” she explained before leaving the room.
