Chapter 36 Shooting The Commercial (2)

It was Wednesday morning, the day Kara was going to be shooting her commercial for Apple Incorporated, the famous phone manufacturing company.

Kara woke up that morning looking fresh and energetic, she came out of her room and went to the bathroom to get a clean bath.

A few minutes later she came out of the bathroom and went straight to her walk-in closet, she selected some outfits she was going to wear for the commercial shoot.

She came out of her walk-in closet and went into her dressing room to put on her dress.

A few minutes later she was done dressing, she didn't need her make-up artist and stylist to dress or make her up, because she wasn't feeling tense this time around.

She was putting on a white T-shirt, a light blue jean jacket, a light blue palazzo pants, and a blue pair of sneakers to match.

She came downstairs to the dining room for her breakfast, after having a delicious and nutritious breakfast, she came out of the mansion and went straight to the driveway where Rebecca and her bodyguards were waiting for her.

"Hi, Becca, it seems You couldn't sleep yesternight," Kara said to Rebecca in a teasing manner as soon as she got to where Rebecca was standing.

"What are you talking about?? Rebecca asked Kara confused.

"C'mon Becca don't play dumb now, you do know what I'm talking about! Don't you?? Kara said to Rebecca, teasing her the more.

"I slept last night, Kara, where are you driving at with this perspective of yours?? Rebecca asked Kara, slightly irritated with Kara's questions.

"I don't know, I guess by the way you got ready on time before me, it seemed to me like you are the one shooting this commercial, not me! hence my thought of you not sleeping last night." Kara sarcastically said to Rebecca.

"Oh, Kara, don't be silly! Ain't no way I'm gonna miss my beauty sleep because of some commercial, you ought to have known me better than that by now," Rebecca said to Kara, pretending to be hurt by Kara's words.

"Oh, Becca, I'm so sorry, please don't be mad, I just felt like teasing you today, I didn't mean to hurt your feelings, please forgive me," Kara begged while looking at Rebecca with her puppy dog eyes.

"Now I'm going to have to forgive you after seeing those puppy dog eyes of yours," Rebecca said to Kara while entering the limousine.

"Thanks, Becca, you see?? This is why you are my favorite friend, manager, and sister," Kara said to Rebecca while entering the limousine.

The girls hugged themselves in the limousine while instructing Joshua to start driving.

And with that, Joshua immediately turned on the ignition and zoomed off into the streets heading to the famous phone manufacturing company alongside the other limousines containing Kara's other bodyguards accompanying them as convoys.

After two hours of driving, Kara and her convoys finally arrived at the Apple Incorporated, one of the most famous phone manufacturing companies in the world.

The Apple Incorporated was located in Cupertino, California.

Lots of men and women were seen coming and going out of the building, it was indeed a busy place and this is the last place Kara would want to be seen, but she had no choice but to face them, after all, she came to the company for a commercial shoot.

She felt signing a couple of autographs and taking some selfie photographs with some fans wouldn't hurt that much.

As soon as Kara stepped out of her limousine, her fans spotted her and they immediately rushed towards her direction frantically screaming her name, while clicking their phone cameras nonstop.

Joshua and twenty other bodyguards of Kara immediately formed a protective wall around her, shielding her from the multitude of frenzied fans while ushering her into the building.

"Miss Stewart! Welcome! We've been expecting you, please right this way," The assistant of the C.E.O said to Kara as soon as Kara got inside the building.

"Oh! Please lead the way," Kara replied warmly to the C.E.O's assistant.

A few minutes later, they arrived at the green room where they were to shoot the commercial.

"Welcome, Miss Kara, we've been waiting for you to show up, now that you are here let's start with the photograph session first before we proceed to the shooting of the commercials," A female Director said to Kara as soon as Kara came into the green room.

"Okay! I'm really sorry for making you wait this way, I was held up a little by my fans, it took a while before we were able to pass through," Kara apologetically said to the female Director.

"It's okay! No damage done here, as you can see, so let's start with the photo session if you are ready," The female Director said to Kara.

"Okay! Let's start now I'm ready," Kara replied warmly to the female Director.

And with that, the photograph session commenced, Kara posed for some beauty shots and in no time they were done with the photo session.

"Kara, You were amazing there, but there's no time, so we should start heading for the state of New York," The female Director said to Kara warmly.

"Okay, let's start going," Kara replied warmly.

"Let's start going??? Rebecca asked while glaring at Kara.

"New York??? She asked again, glaring at the female Director.

"Nobody said anything about going to New York City yesterday, You guys said we will be shooting the commercials in C.A! Rebecca said to the female Director with a surprised look on her face.

"Why the sudden change now?????? Rebecca asked the female Director feeling surprised by the sudden change of plans.

"I'm sorry, Miss Anderson, but this was a last-minute change by the C.E.O and the board," The female Director apologetically said to Rebecca.

"I'm not mad at You guys, it's just that I was surprised, I'm the manager of Miss Kara, I was supposed to be informed of this last-minute change," Rebecca said to the female Director.

"And for that, we apologize, please don't be offended, Miss Anderson," The female Director apologetically said to Rebecca.

"It's okay, besides I'm not the one shooting the commercials here, it's the lady who doesn't feel bothered about the change of plans, that's shooting the commercials, so I see no reason to be mad here," Rebecca said to the female Director while shrugging her shoulders.

"Thanks for your understanding," The female Director gratefully said to Kara and Rebecca.

"Alright! So can we start the journey already??? Kara asked the female Director.

"Yeah! We will start heading for the airport now," The female Director replied warmly to Kara.

And with that, they came out of the Apple Incorporated building using a private elevator trying to avoid the staffs and fans from seeing Kara again.

A few minutes later, they came to an underground parking lot where several limousines were parked neatly waiting for them to arrive.

In no time, Kara, Rebecca, and the female Director alongside her crews for the shoot boarded the limousines and immediately zoomed off to the airport.

After thirty minutes of driving, Kara and her entourage finally arrived at the airport, they immediately used a secret passageway to get inside the airport tarmac, the last thing they wanted was to be delayed by travelers who could be Kara's fans, asking for autographs and selfies, if they happened to get spotted entering the airport alongside Kara.

Kara and her entourage boarded the Apple Incorporated Private Jet and in no time they were flying on air, heading towards New York.

After about five hours and forty-two minutes of flying, the Apple Incorporated Private Jet landed at the John F. Kennedy International Airport.

Kara, Rebecca, and the female Director alongside her crew alighted the Jet and went straight to the location they were to be using for the commercial shoot.

The commercial shoot location was set on a street called "Fifth Avenue.

The street was connecting with the north and south of Manhattan, the street was known as the most famous street in New York City.

In no time they started filming the commercial.

Kara was seen walking along the street of Fifth Avenue, holding the phone in her hands.

She was showcasing the features of the phone while smiling at the cameras.

A few minutes later, They were done filming the commercial.

The commercial was shot for thirty-five seconds, so it didn't take much time for them to film it.

Kara, Rebecca, and the female Director alongside her crews, immediately went back to the John F. Kennedy International Airport where the Apple Incorporated Private Jet was parked neatly, waiting patiently at the tarmac for them to arrive.

Kara, Rebecca, and the female Director alongside her crews, immediately boarded the Jet and in no time they were flying on air, heading towards Los Angeles.

After about five hours and forty-two minutes of flying on air, the Apple Incorporated Private Jet landed at the Los Angeles International Airport.

As soon as Kara alighted the Jet, Joshua immediately led her to the limousine parked neatly at the tarmac.

They were twenty bodyguards standing near the limousines.

As soon as they spotted Kara coming with Joshua, they immediately greeted her while some of the bodyguards opened the door of the limousine for her.

Kara boarded the limousines and in no time the limousine was speeding through the streets of Los Angeles heading towards the Stewart Mansion with four limousines containing her other bodyguards accompanying them as convoys.

A week later, the C.E.O of Apple Incorporated, called Kara and thanked her for her help in skyrocketing their business sales.

Now it was finally time for Kara to start focusing on her upcoming Concert, which would be held at Chadcia, the capital of Echancia Empire.
