Ryan the lucky kid

"About 20 years ago, an old man (nearly 55) married a young lady, whose parents he persuaded with all his riches.

Soon after his marriage, he had a daughter, a very sweet little girl. Because of her, the old man got more fame than he got from his marriage. The man also seemed to be happier, unlike his wife who seemed to age faster than him. Unfortunately, at just a few months of age, the little girl got pneumonia and was on verge of death. This incident took a toll on the old man, but more on his wife.

Poor man spent all that he could to save her, but all was in vain. She died before reaching the age of one year. The old man was heartbroken, and so was his wife, who now looked as old as him. But soon, a miracle happened, or so it seemed to us. They had another baby, this time a boy, he resembled his mother. (This was early 2002.) But his mother, Lila, looked worse day by day.

The baby boy was healthy until he reached the age of two, but soon also fell sick. His mother unable to take the death of her other child, ran away from the mansion along with her ill son. She was not found, and the old man Richard, lost all hope of any of them returning.

However, in the late autumn of 2004, a police van arrived at Richard's mansion. They had very pleasant and very horrible news. They informed that they found his baby boy at the dumpster near the police station, in a picnic basket and few notes. One of the notes stated an address, which was Richard's residence, and asked the police to deliver the baby to his father. On the other note was another address, when examined, they found the body of a woman which was confirmed to be Lila. She had been poisoned. Another note was found that said 'I did my best, love- Lila'

They ran a lot of investigations for any sign of murder, but each and everything hinted towards suicide. All notes were confirmed to have Lila's writing, along with a book which was sealed and had a note stuck that said 'TO BE OPENED BY MY BABY ONLY'.

Poor Richard was devastated, but he tried to cherish his remaining life with his son, whom he named Ryan. He decided to gift the book to Ryan when he'll turn 15. He never opened the book, respecting his wife's expected last wish.

Ryan grew up to be a very handsome young man. On his 15th birthday, he received the book from his father. Richard was very old but never was any happier. Being the only child Ryan was often found reading many books alone in his lawn; he was homeschooled and had no friends. As the time passed, he became more and more mysterious. However, all this was ignored by Richard, who was a very proud father.

But things began to change as September came to an end. Ryan was rarely seen out of his now. However on the very last day of October, Halloween, he was a totally different person, smiling and talking to every person he met on his walk, this behavior was liked by everyone. On the morning of the next day, many police cars were seen outside his house. Richard had died or rather murdered by burning, as suspected from the condition of his body.

The post mortem was not able to identify which material was used to burn him, nor there was any sign of burn where his body was found. Although it was concluded that his death was prior to the burning, and that he died of suffocation. Richard's death probably had a huge impact on Ryan, who became quiet again. His father's entire property was transferred to him, but due to him being a minor, it was not legal yet. His grandparents from his mother's side became his guardians until he turned 18.

On his 18th birthday, Ryan received official ownership of all the property; he was now the head of the house. In late Feb., he arranged a get-together for both sides of his family.

As seen from here, he was playing with his little cousins and was happy. But the very next day, many reporting vehicles along with the police were at Ryan's house. There was news about the mass death of a family; some even dubbed it to be homicide. Every person that had arrived for the get together was found dead, the conditions were horrifyingly identical to Richard's death. Even the police reports were the same. Everything was same except that this time the whole family had no hair.

This time Ryan requested to continue the investigation and find the reason for their deaths.

People began to talk about the unique case, there was also a rumor that it was Ryan who murdered his entire family, but this was never proven to be true. Even now the investigation is open.

The rumors are the reason for your grandpa's reaction" my grandma concluded.
