This made him deadpan. "Why are dressed like that? Is that how the females in your pack dress? Like whores?" He said then he realizes. "I know what you're doing."

"Why are you quiet? Shocked to know that I figured your game out? You are trying to seduce me right?"
"And it's working," Arielle muttered with her eyes fixed on the lump between Brian's legs.
His ears turned red as he squirreled for a pillow. "You-Are-A-Pervert!" He barked.
Arielle tsked. "I don't think it works that way when mates are involved."
Brian scoffed. "We are not mates."
He knows he should be to her so he could request the ridiculous thing Ashley asked for but his pride won't let him.
Aside from his general dislike of his mate, one of the good things that came with meeting her was his daily loss of control over his shift. He no longer acted like his rut is near.
Arielle rose, she stalked Brian who retreated. "You can't fight it, we are mates I know you want me and I want you too."
Brian gulped as he kept on fleeing. " Stop!!! I'm not joking!"
Arielle smirked, she didn't mind giving him her virginity a small price to pay for her mate.
Brian suddenly stopped. "Stop!" he said firmly. He couldn't afford to ruin the ritual, this will happen but not now. "You should leave."
Arielle's heart skipped. She subconsciously halted, she was losing him. "Common I know you want me. "she said with a slightly shaky voice.
Brian pointed towards the window. "I said leave!"

<"Do what?!"> Arielle cried, she is desperate and her insides are beginning to hurt again as Brian's choice of rejection is becoming strong.

"Do not force me to kick you out!" Brian threatened.
Arielle sighed heavily, letting her head drop.

Brian couldn't control his emotions, tears poured out of his eyes for the first time in decades. The silence after the song was deafening, he opened his mouth to speak but it got caught in his throat. He had never been the type to cry over a movie or a melodious tune, but this was entirely different.
Was it because she is his mate? She is affecting him too much for a rejected. He didn't like the song, it made him feel a thousand emotions, her voice superb, special, beautiful and so heartfelt.
"Get out!!" Brian barked.
Arielle was expecting the treatment but was glad he was touched. She took a step forward.
"Get out! Don't make me do something I'll regret!" he barked again, this time with his claws crawling out.
Arielle turn towards the window to leave then halted near the chair.
"Here's my number, most guys beg for it but I'll give it to you for free." she winked as she dropped it on the chair. She was trying to lighten up the mood in the room but Brian wasn't in for jokes.
Since they weren't from the same pack mind link was restricted although Arielle could read his mind, she and Energìa blocked Brian out of their mind reach. They wanted to build a relationship before showing him their abilities...
