36. HE CAN SEE ME!

Emilia frowned then heaved. ' Why are they up so late? For God's sake, it is 3:00 am! Go to bed!'

She held her breath as opened the door again, thankfully no one was in sight. She walked past a bunch of workers who were decorating the living room, the majority had dull yellow eyes.

With the aid of the map Arielle's mind sent her, she found Treize's office just after a smaller living room.

Arielle also informed her about its security and password which is Treize's mate's birthday date. Cliche but who cares.

The door clicked as it unlocked, she prayed to her stars that those pesky werewolves didn't hear it and thankfully, her prayers were answered, no one rushed to the door.

Closing it slowly didn't let the door make any sound. Emilia walked to the desk, she saw a few documents lying on it. After scavenging through them, she touched one that felt hot on her palms, it was oozing with dark magic!

She quickly mumbled a neutralizer spell to stop it from affecting her. "What does this alpha got to do with dark witches?" She wondered.

As she flipped the first page, the paper almost dropped from her hold. It is an agreement contract between Trieze and TEDDY ASHBY! The guardian of humanity! Her mother's foster son and the bringer of their doom prophecy.

"So this bastard is dealing with werewolves now," Emilia murmured.

She settled on Treize's chair as she read the content. It was worst than she assumed, in exchange for the chemicals and facilities, Trieze would join Teddy in invading the territory of the nine-tailed fox.

This is no ordinary agreement, it had a dark magic seal indicating that it is a contract oath. This meant that if Trieze signs it , he is bound to Teddy like Teddy is to him. The only downside is, that if Trieze default he dies but Teddy will not because he is a guardian gifted with immortality.

This is no contract but a trap. Emilia brought out the transfer of properties paper from her purse, the plan was simple, make Trieze transfer all the properties he acquired through the pack's hard work to Arielle before he passes on the manshidano day.

Emilia chanted some incantations before placing the papers on the death oath document. Immediately, the transfer of properties copycats the oath document only that the seal was faint.

There is no way a copycat document can mimic an enchanted death oath. She only wished it would be good enough to fool Treize.

She placed it on the table from the stack she got then put the other in her bag.

The door opened, and Emilia's heart skipped two beats. She slowly moved aside to give space for the alpha that was standing at the door.

He began to stalk in slowly towards the desk but strangely, Emilia felt he was looking at her. She is invincible, surely he can't see her right?

Treize's claws started elongating as he continued moving forward.

Emilia's eyes enlarged. ' HE CAN SEE ME!' "CLARA~!" She screamed and immediately a portal opened behind her and she jumped in.

Treize froze on the spot before his desk. He couldn't comprehend what happened. Before the portal closed, he got a glimpse of those on the other side, two females that looked alike and Arielle...

"An omega?" he mumbled.

He hurriedly went around the desk, searching for something but nothing was missing. "Then why was she here?"

He was having insomnia since the traumatic day he had so he wanted to get some work done just to be welcomed by a red heat signature figure by his desk.

His first impulse was to attack but since he didn't know what it was, he had to trade cautiously. He only got to determine its gender when it screamed. But nothing explained the omega with them or why he feels like ignoring her.

He rubbed his forehead. "I need to visit the dark witches, it is time they gave me to stay by my side, my enemies are multiplying." "And the security of this house needs to be evaluated, how did she get in?"

He sat on his chair as he picked a pen. "I have always loved war." He said as he signed the fake death oath.

One minute went and nothing happened, Treize pouted, and he rolled his eyes from left to right. ' I was expecting something dramatic.'
