"So, there's really no more Zoya Coven? They're all dead?" Macaih asked.

"Yes," Sean said with a heavy sigh.

As soon as I walked into the living room, everyone stopped talking, and all eyes turned to me. My emotions teetered on the fine line between rage and sorrow. My thoughts bounced back and forth between destruction and despair. I wanted to hug everyone in this room just as badly as I wanted to hunt Ivy and kill her.

"That means Ivy and her coven are now the strongest coven in the world?" I asked.

"Yes," Sean said. "I suppose it's a good thing we're allies."

"We're not allies," I snapped. "I sent her a message today, begged her to come help us or send reinforcements, and she abandoned us. If she had shown up, Isach might still be alive. It's her fault he's dead, and I'm going to make sure she pays for that." I moved toward the front door.

Jax blocked my path, hands up to stop me. "You can't kill Ivy," he said.
