The Ripper Is Back
Kai started feeling restless. He knew something is wrong. He threw his glance around the lake. The water appeared calm over the surface.
The moon looked almost fuller. It will come to its perfect appearance tomorrow when he has planned to meet Ivan. He couldn't refuse his manfriend especially when he made a cute pleading face as if his world depends on his friend's single yes. But in that haste, he forgot about the full moon and its consequences.
His fists clenched thinking what if the full moon affected badly on Ivan?
Being a werewolf he didn't want the effect of anything caused for his existence, which troubled Ivan, who is nothing but an ordinary human.
Kai knew the Alpha June must be preparing for something new which will involve a lot of violence or fight. He was ready to protect Ivan anytime if by chance anything happens wrong.
But at present, he felt something is not going well.
After quarrelling with June, he has come afar from his villa to the empty quiet place in the hills. The cold air touched him but he felt nothing. He felt a presence behind him and immediately turned to see.
One of his pack members Jack stood at a distance, in the wolf's form.
"What are you doing here?" Kai questioned him disinterested in talking to anyone.
The wolf approached him calmly while shifting to the human's shape.
"You shouldn't be here, especially when your friend is-"
Kai's eyes grew wide in concern.
"What happened to Ivan?"
Jack's eyebrows raised unexpectedly hearing the Beta's words. He huffed looking away.
"I'm talking about that good-for-nothing Owl! Go buy a cage for him before he hunts the whole town" The moment Jack blurted, Kai charged up knowing why he was feeling wrong.
"What else do you know?"
"I can't spill you more. Alpha has told me to keep eye on him but still, I thought to tell you before-"
Kai didn't stay back long to listen to anything. He started running in the direction while trying to connect Augustus's mind. He faced a blockage of some external forces. Then he pulled out his phone trying to call him but the line went blank.
His fists clenched as panic rushed through his body. He tried to track his past locations and got to know he was at the Booze baron an hour back. Kai sped up, fleeing towards the exact location. He took a route of forests, passing by trees with the speed of light.
While running across the trees, he came across a set up of red candles, and a body of a dead man!
His pace became slow as he went further and reached the backyard door of the club, only to find another dead body which looked far to guess if it was a girl or a boy!
The moment he entered, his feet stumbled upon another dead body on the floor. The strong smell of human blood went into his nostrils. The lights flickered over the dead bodies of humans, lying in the pool of blood. The furniture looked messy as if a wild mass hunting has happened there. Every single human being has been wiped off. The blood splattered everywhere on the floor, on the walls, and ceilings.

With every step further, Kai comes across half torn human bodies lying lifeless. Some of their heads were ripped off while some of their hearts were taken out. They have ripped apart from any possible organ one can hold.
While looking around, he could guess what must have happened here!
A bloodbath that will pleasure Satan's heart!
A doubt started rising in his mind as he spare a glance around himself.
'What will pleasure a heart of a vampire or a-'
He slowly bent near a dead body of a man whose body was ripped apart from the abdomen and twitched and opened his eyes to confirm his doubt.
Something was off and he knew what it was. The orbs had turned white.
Kai inhaled deeply while shutting his eyes. He knew what was waiting for him tonight.
The deadly soul ripper is back!

He walked out of the club's main entrance and heard a loud beeping sound of a horn. His eyes fell on a car with its doors opened and halted abruptly at the corner of the road. Kai walked towards it carefully. His senses were promptly aware of his surrounding.
When he peeped inside the car, found a man's head lying on the horn over the steering, while the blood splattered over the car's front windshield.
The person's head faced the other side. Kai moved an inch and his eyes widened as he recollected the face.
He has seen this man in Ivan's event, who was keen to offer a job to him and get closer to him. He looked dead now.
At some distance, he found a bike that fell in the middle of the road and its owner hung on the banyan tree nearby, with its head off.
As his sight wandered more, he found more vehicles and humans in a similar state. His mouth fell open, gaping at the scenario in front of him, holding his head.
Kai could understand what has been happening around him. He knew his best friend is in dire need of some help before it completely becomes something that might dig the graves out from the past. Restlessly he looked around for Augustus when a whistle fell on his ears. His face snapped towards the direction and his feet automatically moved towards the forest, crossing the road.

Augustus snapped in the direction of the whistle and found a golden deer at a distance away luring him. His bloodied dark lips raised dangerously into a smirk after finding his prey.
After sucking the blood and ripping out souls a moment before, he reached the forest crossing the road. He killed everyone and remembered nothing about the human species. He just cleaned whatever came in his way, without any remorse. He didn't give a fuck when they pleaded, feared, ran away from him. All he cared about taming his hunger for blood and soul, to keep alive the ripper in him. Their smell of blood possessed him like a notorious spirit.
All he craved, for now, was their souls that will feed him to his insane cruel ripper existence. He was bounded by this fate. Like a curse attached to him. But now the ripper in him was enjoying collecting souls, ripping the bodies, drinking the blood. He missed this all. He missed being the cruel, cold-hearted one.
When he chased the golden deer, it vanished somewhere in the bushes. That only instigated the ripper in him. The sparkling deer has captivated his eyes and he wanted it. It popped out of nowhere, fetching his attention again, and Augustus moved towards it.
The play kept going on for a moment until Augustus reached somewhere only to find a pack of wolves waiting for him and realized it was a trap for him.
The alpha of the pack snarled while glaring at him. That made Augustus chuckle maniacally.
"Oooh Oooh are you gonna kill me? Are you gonna finish me? I am so scared of the dogs don't bite me!" his face showed an extreme amount of fear for a second and the next moment it turned into a dangerous smirk with no hint of emotion.
"Huh, puppies!"
His act was enough to tempt to instigate the rage in the Alpha's mind as he ran ahead a speed and took a jump to pounce on the bad ripper but another wolf bumped into the Alpha in the mid, dragging him far from Augustus.
The Alpha June collapsed on the ground. He gazed angrily at the one who missed his chance of the attack.
The Beta of the pack, Kai has returned to its wolf form to save his best friend, Augustus, who was taking no cue to stop killing. He has almost wiped out half of the town, which was a dangerous sign for all of them.
When the Alpha June growled at him, trying to run past him to attack the ripper in front of him, the beta Kai, blocked his way. It didn't take much time to turn their cold war into a fight.
Meanwhile, other members of the pack slowly prowled at the ripper.
"Who should I kill first?" The ripper Augustus counted the wolves pointing at them and rubbed his palms, looking merciless as his black void eyes gazed at all of them in a pang of hunger.
The wolves hunt in the pack and the ripper was a loner in front of them, who craved the bloodied soul-wrenching violence. He growled loudly, as his long fangs came out when the other wolves ran towards him to attack.
