Chapter 1

A girl is running in the woods and hide from the back of the tree, she was chased by black men with swords and obviously wanted to kill her.

"That little girl won't get away because she have little feet and can't run away so fast because it's dark." The assassin said.

The other assassin go to the left route, but because the girl accidentally made little noise they heard her.

The girl saw that they're heading to her way that's why she have no choice but to run so fast, the assassins saw her and chase her.

But the girl was shot by an arrow in her shoulder that's why she fall down in the ground and her vision turn blur, when she open her eyes, she was in her room.

The first person she saw is the physician and eunuch Lun.

"Her highness is already awake!" The eunuch was so happy to say it aloud.

The physician immediately check her pulse, and prince Qi XiQian arrive.

Everyone bow at him and greet him but he just ignore them, he sit beside to his sister and hold her hand.

"Lian'er, how does you feel?" He asked with a worried expression.

"Her highness Xilian is in stable condition now." The physician said with a bow.

"I'm fine, physician Wen said that I'm fine." Xilian said with a smile.

Xiqian just sigh and smile at his sister.

"Just tell me if something hurts to you." Xiqian said with a soft voice.

"I'm fine." Xilian said with a smile.

Xilian suddenly vomit in her hand and she saw that there's a blood, Xiqian was so shock to see the blood in her hand. Then suddenly Xilian faint in Xiqian's arms.

Everyone become worried and the physician was attack by panic.

He check her pulse and he realize that she has a condition.

"Your highness Xiqian, the princess poison is spreading." The physician bow at him.

"Write prescription for it." Xiqian said with a worried expression.

"My medicine no longer work at her, we need the real antidote or within 2 months she'll die." The physician keep bowing in front of Xiqian.

Xiqian look at Xilian's pale face with worried expression.

"How can we find an antidote?" Xiqian asked him.

"I also don't know your highness." Physician said with a frustration expression.

Xiqian was so sad to realize that he can't help his sister this time.

"I'm sorry, Lian'er. But brother can't help you this time." Xiqian said with a tears falling in his eyes.
