Chapter 2

Lian'er open the door of her room and looks like she wanted to sneak out, but her maid Wai saw her.

"Your highness?" Maid Wai said.

Lian'er was so shock to see maid Wai, that's why she come closer to her and whisper something in her ear.

"But, your highness. The physician told us that you're not in stable condition." Maid Wai said with a worried expression.

"Yu Wai, i don't want to die without experiencing the world." Xilian said with a weak voice.

"See, your voice is weak. And you still wanted to go outside." Maid Wai said.

"Please, i really want you to grant me this wish." Xilian beg.

Yu Wai just sigh and look at Xilian, after 34 minutes the two sneak out of the palace. The two is wearing a black hood and keep walking in the city.

"Your highness, we should be back after 2 hours." Yu Wai said with a worried expression.

"Okay, but call me Xilian while we're out here." Xilian warmly smile at her.

"But that's inappropriate, your highness." Yu Wai was worried.

"Do you want us to be caught?" Xilian said.

Yu Wai shake her head, Xilian just sigh and smile at her.

"Then let's go." Xilian keep walking.

She saw a seller of fans, that's why she get close to the man and asked how much is for one white fan.

The man seems recognize Xilian, but ignore it and smile in front of her.

"It's 200 tael, my lady." The man said.

"Ai! So expensive. This fan is made of cheap materials." Yu Wai speak out.

"Are you going to buy it or not?" The man asked them.

But Xilian made up her mind and wanted to buy the white fan.

"Okay, I'll buy it." Xilian said.

The man hand over the fan, Xilian was about to touch the fan but a lady in white clothes suddenly stop her.

"Don't get it." The woman in white coldly said.

"So handsome." The words that running to Xilian's mind.

"Who are you?" The man asked the woman in white.

"I'm a demon hunter. How about you?" The lady calmly asked the man.

The man seems nervous and run away, the lady was about to follow her but suddenly realize that she's still holding Xilian's hand.

When she look at Xilian's eyes, a spark suddenly happened from the two of them.

"Are you, Dongli?" The words that running to the lady who completely wear white clothes.
